Fab place to stay!
Pros:

Room was lovely and airy. Air con was so helpful in heatwave! Great shower. Comfy beds. Fab location for a wedding we were attending and not far from air coach stop meaning access was easy from airport.
And a Spoons below! What’s not to like!

Cons:

Room hadn’t been properly dusted but the receptionist was very apologetic and got it remedied.

Hotel itself is nice...

Cons:

Breakfast was slow and cold...had 2 ask for it to be reheated...night time staff in bar are horrendously rude...being very forceful and rude to guests telling is to go 2 our rooms..1 male duty manager was very rude because I had my 6 year old with me and I was finishing my drink b4 taking him 2 bed and he stood beside me saying you need 2 leave right now..I kept reminding him ill leave in 5 mins wen I finish my drink..he stood in my personal space saying you have 2 leave now....this kept going on until another member of staff asked him 2 back off and give me 5 minutes... absolutly no manners in these people..day staff were lovely though

Great bed!
Pros:

The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever slept in. And the room temperature was perfect with great working aircon. Very clean room and exactly as seen in the booking.

Cons:

Nothing, it was exactly as advertised.

We went to the Wolfe Tones in 3Arena & hotel was ideal location
Pros:

It had a lovely cheap Wetherspoon in it & staff were very friendly

Cons:

At closing time in the bar at 12.30am the staff were moving us out of the bar too quickly. No half an hour drink up time

Hope this lovely hotel is not going downhill as we saw this weekend.
Pros:

The beautifully renovated buildings. Location. Comfortable rooms.

Cons:

Stayed here many times but noticed housekeeping standards have dropped. Bathroom not as clean as it should be. Also, breakfast! No eggs available on busy weekend mornings?? Saturday & Sunday. Not good planning. And staff very reluctant to offer a simple alternative such as a toasted cheese roll??? We decided to go elsewhere for breakfast.
