Staff were very friendly and helpful
Location to areas of interest very good.
No WiFi with internet access for almost a week. Was told it had been going on for almost 2 months.
No hot water. Water did not drain correctly in shower area and left puddles that would start to smell bad. Puddles would leave white rings meaning they had hard water, which also affected shower nozzles.
Any amenities you wanted, you had to go down to desk and request in person. Breakfast was horrible, no buffet, menu order only, 1 option only if your not used to location food. Toast just slapped on plate, no butter or jam offered, you WILL eat it plain and like it! Purchased free breakfast option, couldn't give tickets to friends if I skipped a day and if I did skip a day I was out of luck and couldn't double up the tickets. Friend ordered coffee refill, had used sugar and creamer packets on saucer, guy refilled coffee, gave it back with trash still on cup and no new cream and sugar.
En short the upper manager or upper management needs to be promoted to guest and go back to hospitality school.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. Shout out to Eunice at front desk for being very cordial and proactive.
The hotel is located at a quiet corner, away from other busy establishments.

The location was excellent and very convenient for our stay. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and always willing to help when needed.
Unfortunately, some of the appliances in our room were not working upon arrival, and we had to contact reception to have them replaced. While the issue was resolved promptly, it suggested that the room may not have been thoroughly checked before our check-in. Parking was also on a first come, first served basis, which could be challenging during busy periods, but fortunately we were able to find a space. Overall, we appreciated the great location and helpful service.
I liked the location for why we were there. It was ok for a place to sleep while attending a event at SMX Clark.
They had a buffett breakfast wasn't worst food just not food I would normally eat if I fixed my own breakfast.
