Best place in Clark
Pros:

All the facilities inside our room and the hotel which are all well maintained. They friendly and very accommodating supervisor of the housekeeping department whom you can see and approach all the time. The front desk who accommodated us in our extension stay and of course the management who gave us our request for my kiddos exam.

Très bon hôtel
Pros:

Le confort de l'hôtel excellente literie. Le personnel aux petits soins.

Cons:

Le vélo elliptique de mauvaise facture, le home trainer inutilisable et le tapis de course ne pouvant dépasser les 16 km/h. Les enfants qui hurlent dans la piscine dès 8h00 du matin.

Bad vibe, bad area
Pros:

The room had a lot of space and a comfy bed.

Cons:

I only stayed here as a stopover as part of a long journey from Illocos del Sur to Manila and didn't realise its proximity to the red light district or Angeles City general vibe. Further I felt the staff gave my girlfriend and I judgemental looks which made us feel uncomfortable. They did help us with our bags though.

The other thing that I didn't like was during the check in process the lobby staff seemed to record my check in on mobile without asking for my consent. I think that is incredibly unprofessional and also a gross invasion of privacy.

The pool was out of service during the stay and the breakfast was low quality.

I’m extremely disappointed with the management of this hotel. I booked it specifically for my family because of the swimming pool for my niece. I even requested a room close to the pool since that was the main reason I chose this hotel.

I’m not new to booking hotels since I travel frequently. Normally, after booking, the hotel sends me a message if there are any facilities or amenities that won’t be available on specific dates and times so guests are informed.

But guess what—only after my family checked in, paid the security deposit, and received the key did they tell us that the pool was closed. Yes, only in person after check-in! They should have emailed ahead of time so I would’ve had the option to cancel and look for another hotel with a pool, right?

It’s not like they’re the only hotel in the area with a swimming pool, yet they didn’t even give a heads-up. It’s really frustrating.

My niece was very sad and disappointed—he even said he wishes he hadn’t come. The only reason I booked a hotel with a pool was for him.

Pros:

Bed was comfortable, modern interiors, spacious, nice to have cooking facilities

Cons:

Horrible sewage smell coming from the bathroom. Housekeeping provided air freshener for this but it did little. The same smell was present in a hazardous level in the public toilet in ground floor. Noise travels easily from outside. Also the kettle had an Australian power plug so could not be used.
