Pros:

La ubicación es excelente y la cama muy cómoda, todo bien para el precio que tiene.

Cons:

Las paredes y puertas son muy delgadas y si coincides con gente maleducada que habla a gritos toda la noche es imposible dormir. Una pena, porque por lo demás está todo bien pero mi experiencia no fue agradable. Además, al no haber personal no pude quejarme a nadie para ponerle remedio.

Il est inadmissible que personne ne puisse être contacté lors de notre arrivée., ni sur place et surtout pas au tel. Tres compliqué pour avoir le code entrée et chambre. Heureusement qu'un passant m'a aidé, pendant 45 mns, il a lui aussi eu du mal pour finaliser mon dossier par mon tel. Trop de modernité tue le relationnel. Pas facile pour les personnes plus âgées...

Cons:

Método do auto check in, não funciona pelo Google, demorei 3 horas para conseguir concluir, ainda assim tive que baixar internet Explorer no Cel. Informações confusas, muitos locais para entrar e cadastrar. Para acessar o prédio e o quarto também é complicado se ficar sem bateria no Cel dorme pra fora.

Los teléfonos atención al cliente nunca contestan,llamadas entran a una centralita y te tienen todo el rato al teléfono sin que ningún operador te atienda .

Lugar bem razoável mas com check-in difícil.

Check-in, muito complicado, principalmente porque só lhes enviam os formulários na hora que você confirma o horário de chegada e tem que preencher em uma área aberta e sem ajuda. Tudo em inglês e não em sua língua nativa.

la ubicacion

Cons:

Baño sin mamparas, lo cual hace que se inunde el baño y la parte de la habitacion cerca del baño, incluso la puerta de entrada a la habitacion, al suceder esto continuamente, las puertas, rodapies y suelo de parquet estan inchados y tienen humedad.
La hatacion no estaba bien limpia, habia restos de anteriores usuarios, al igual que la ropa de cama,
No está habilitado para discapacitados.
