Sotano sin ventilacion, insalubre

Nos alquilaron una habitacion en un sotano sin ventilacion , olor a humedad , pequeña y sin posibilidad de reembolso. Una estafa en toda regla. Lo más probable que no tengan la licencia adecuada. Ni la propiedad ni booking hicieron nada por resolverlo

Creo que para una estadía de 2 noches esta bien, un lugar sencillo económico pero con lo necesario.

Cons:

La sensación de que por casualidad manches algo y te cobren 😆 y el dispensador de jabón se sale solo cambien eso.

Me han dado habitacion en el sótano, hola a moho, había una humedad que era imposible respirar, contacte con ellos para cambiar la habitación, respuesta que hay 1ue pagar más para cambiar, si el cambio que estaba solicitando es un capricho.

La experiencia fue muy mala. Desde el principio la habitación estaba sucia y había varias cosas en mal estado. Lo peor ocurrió por la noche: empezó a caer agua del techo directamente sobre la cama. El colchón, las sábanas y la almohada quedaron completamente mojados.

Tuvimos que poner un cubo debajo de la filtración porque el agua no dejaba de caer. Enviamos fotos y vídeos al servicio de atención al cliente, pero no solucionaron el problema. No nos cambiaron de habitación y simplemente nos dijeron que no había ninguna habitación disponible y que habían trasladado el caso al servicio de soporte.

No considero normal pagar por una habitación y tener que dormir con el colchón mojado mientras cae agua del techo. Tampoco recibimos una solución inmediata ni una alternativa real. La atención al cliente fue insuficiente para una situación tan grave.
