We would like to remind you that for bookings including the Christmas and New Year period, the following mandatory supplements will need to be settled on-site:

CHRISTMAS December 24th Dinner:

For adults on B&B basis: 150 Euros - For children: 75 Euros including water and wine pairing.
For adults on HB basis: 85 Euros - For children: 42 Euros including water and wine pairing.

For Junior Suite, and Suite accommodations, the dinner will be served at the GOU Restaurant. For all other accommodations, buffet service will be available at the Gargantua Restaurant.

- The hotel has two paddle courts, not tennis courts.
- Apart from Turin airport we would like to add also Milan Malpensa Airport which is about a 2-hour drive away.
- The main restaurant Gargantua offers buffet-style service for breakfast and dinner.

Improve feedback
Pros:

Very bad, especially upon arrival. The receptionist was unavailable, and the bathroom in the suite lacked toiletries. Very bad.

Excellent - we had a superb time
Pros:

Loved everything- location, people, bar, breakfast, room - but best of all the staff who were all lovely. Special shout out to guest relations Lorenzo who was charming and yes Lorenzo Italy did beat Scotland in the Rugby!!!

Cons:

Nothing much - bedroom was a little too warm for our liking

On our last night there was the birthday of one of our college and the staff ruined our surprise by coming to our table and not been discreet.

I stayed here for a week from the 18-25th it is a fabulous hotel all the staff were polite and friendly and very welcoming a great location with a bubbly atmosphere and great value for money the doorman was very charming Xx

Cons:

Искам да изразя огромното си разочарование от няколко неща:
1.Отоплението в стаите не работи в периода от 8.30 до 17.30 и става студено.Не намирам за нормално в 5-звезден хотел да се изключва отоплението за толкова дълъг интервал през деня. Не всички гости на хотела карат ски извън хотела през този период...

2. Спа център - несъответстващ на броя на гостите в хотела. Три дни се опитвахме да използваме услугите му безуспешно, първите 2 дни дори без резервация успяхме да влезем за около 15 минути с огромно чакане за зоните. За третия имахме резервация със семейството ми и когато отидохме в уговорения час се оказа, че отново е пълен и е невъзможно да го използваме спокойно и с основна цел Релакс. Разбира се, деца не се допускат в спа центъра, но където това е позволено - зоната на басейна е СТУДЕНА! Получихме много арогантно и неотговарящо на претенциите на хотела отношение от управителя на място.

3. Ресторант на шведска маса - храната определено не е приемлива за 5-звезден хотел, замразени полуфабрикати, задушени зеленчуци на 3 дни, безвкусно месо, сушени колбаси и десерти като в третокласна сладкарница. Голяма част от предлаганата храна се повтаря на закуска и вечеря...

Spacious rooms. Good breakfast. Dinners disappointing
Pros:

The rooms were very clean and spacious; the buffet breakfast was excellent

Cons:

Each staff desk appeared to have different defined areas which could not help with the other. For example the reception desk could not tell you about the ski or shuttle service; the experience desk could not book the spa. That makes for a frustrating customer experience.
When trying to contact the hotel from the village after 7pm to order the shuttle, the hotel number went to an automated answering machine. No way of contacting them. On return to the hotel via another hotel’s shuttle service (and several €€ later) the “experience desk” said we should have called them directly. We were never told this or provided with a specific number to call the on before this.
Lastly, but the biggest irritant of the whole stay, was the issues in the buffet restaurant at night. The staff were very pleasant but poorly trained. Plates were removed before you were finished, mid bite at times! Everything was a big rush as if they were trying to move you on as quick as possible. The urgency at which you were expected to pay for wine made you feel like they feared you were going to try and do a runner! Very uncomfortable and definitely not a 5 star experience in the restaurant.

Φιλικό και ευγενικό προσωπικό ,αρκετά καλό φαγητό με μπουφέ,άνετο και ζεστό δωμάτιο

Υπήρξαν επιπλέον χρεώσεις από το ξενοδοχείο που θα πρέπει να προβλεφθούν....!.
Με την κράτηση της booking δεν καλύπτεται το κόστος διαμονής ,το ξενοδοχείο προσθέτει επιπλέον ανεξήγητες χρέωσης....!!

Noisey bedrooms, no soundproofing at all
Pros:

Very thin walls so bedrooms are noisey. You can hear every footstep from rooms next door and in corridors. Why do guests slam the doors too. Such a shame as it could be a great hotel

Perfect stay and ski resort
Pros:

We went to the hotel for 1 week and overall it was really good experience . The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and big enough for ski holiday. Breakfast selection was good and we also really enjoyed open buffet for dinner. They are also offering apres ski buffet where you can find snacks which was good as well. From our entrance till we leave the hotel, everyone was helpful in the hotel. We had 1 hour free spa access where can benefit from sauna, steam room, swimming pool , the only point is you need to reserve 1 day in advance to secure your spot which is understandable to not overcrowded the area. There was live music every night and we had chance to see a show in the theather , and all singers, players were talented and we really enjoyed the music & show. There are free shuttles every 5 -10 minutes to city center & gondolas. Only negative points I can say were drinks are a bit expensive in the hotel, not all staff speaks English good and sometimes its not easy to communicate but despite that everyone was super helpful and very hospitable to us. In general, I recommend to stay in this hotel since it gives you the value of your money.

Perfect place to stay w spa after skiing
Pros:

Clean and spacious with ski in access. Great breakfast spread to ow spa after a long day of skiing

Cons:

Lift were just too small and in winter there is no aircon and gaps at the window are too small.

Fantastic hotel in great location. Would definitely return
Pros:

Ski in and out. Spa was amazing. Beautiful hotel. Staff attentive. Loved the bar and lounge area.

Cons:

Lack of instructions on mini bar which was included (unknown to us). The free shuttle ended at 7pm. You had to pay €10 pp thereafter for this service, a journey which was 3 mins.

Pros:

Just returned from a week at the Valtur Cristallo Hotel is fantastic food and restaurants were 1st class,Ski room and ski hire also 1st class and at a very good price, location is out of town but shuttle service is constant thru the day until 7pm only ever waited 5mins max .Rooms great size with great facilities although to hot on a night even without radiator on ,Man on the experience desk to buy lift passes was rude and felt he had to raise his voice other than that would highly recommend and would return.
