Die Unterkunft hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die atemberaubende Aussicht, die man direkt vom Zimmer aus genießen konnte – ein echtes Highlight in Istanbul! Zudem war das Bett unglaublich bequem und hat für einen hervorragenden Schlafkomfort gesorgt. Das gesamte Ambiente ist sehr ansprechend und gepflegt.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel and truly enjoyed every moment. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and everything was handled with great care and professionalism. A special thank you to Neda and Gizem for their kindness, attention to detail, and exceptional service—they really made the experience memorable. My experience at Ulus G Residences was truly outstanding. I would like to thank the management for their high level of professionalism and genuine care for guests’ comfort. From the moment I arrived, there was clear cooperation and flexibility in accommodating my requests, and I was pleasantly upgraded to a better room by Ms. Nada, which reflects their appreciation for their guests.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always available with a smile and a professional attitude. The parking was also very convenient, with dedicated spaces for residents, making movement easy and stress-free.

In terms of cleanliness, it was exceptional. It was evident that high-quality cleaning products were used, and the linens and furniture were very well maintained and carefully arranged. The excellent level of cleanliness and organization clearly reflects the thoughtful planning and supervision of Mr. Mustafa and Ms. Gizem. The overall atmosphere made me feel completely at home. The sound insulation was excellent, providing a high level of privacy and quietness.

The residence is fully equipped, including a washing machine with laundry detergent provided, as well as complete kitchen essentials such as pots, dishes, and glassware. This makes it ideal for both short and long stays.

Honestly, it’s an experience worth repeating. I will definitely rely on this place for my future visits, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and excellent service.

This is a really beautiful hotel. I’m staying in a room on the 3rd floor with a view of the Bosphorus, and there’s absolutely nothing to complain about. It’s spacious, with a comfortable bed, a kitchenette, and a large, clean bathroom. There’s even a washing machine, which is very useful for me.

The reception staff are kind and friendly. Communication with them is excellent—I personally prefer using WhatsApp. Whenever I need something, it’s never a problem.

The room is truly beautiful, designed in a very elegant way. I almost regret being here alone 🙂

We were really happy with our stay. The place was very clean, well equipped, and in a great location. It was quiet, had a lovely view, and everything we needed was provided.

A special thank you to one of the staff members, Neda, she was incredibly kind, caring, and a huge help during our stay. She truly made the experience even better. We would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay again.

Прекрасна гледка към Босфора. Изключителен персонал. Посрещна ни момиче на име Неда, която се погрижи за престоя ни. Сервива ни кафе в стаята. Много луксозно обзавеждане в стаята. Чистотата е на ниво.

Die Lage ist absolut top ! Es ist sehr ruhig und man ist trotzdem schnell im Zentrum bei bestimmten Spots Hagia Sophia usw. Das Personal ist sehr sehr freundlich, vielen Dank an Nadir. Er hat uns steht’s weitergeholfen. Die Zimmer waren sauber, groß und komfortabel.

Neda, the receptionist was so kind and helpful. She made the place even more enjoyable to experience. I have nothing bad to say about G Residence Ulus. The cleaning and everything was 10/10. I cannot recommend this place more <3
