Pros:

While booking the hotel it states that there is no advance payment,but when confirmation it said remit token amount for confirmation failing cancellation ,Called from Chennai to check confirmation and hotel reservations department is very unfriendly

Pros:

Location is good but the rooms and furniture need improvement. TV in the room did not work. Chair was uncomfortable and could hurt someone. Service in the restaurant was slow.
