Room size was quite large. Extra bed was arranged as requested.
1. Breakfast was provided after lot of argument and insistence.
2. Breakfast buffet spread was not at all upto mark. The tea was served in small paper cups. Standard size cup and cutlery should have been provided.
3. Hotel reception was not at all helpful in arranging local transport like auto or taxi etc. It became very difficult to get auto or taxi to catch an early morning train. The pre-booking done with Ola did not materialize. The receptionist was sleeping in early morning and did not care about us.
4. The location of hotel is not at all good. It is far from railway station and local market as well. So one needs to always depend on local transport to anywhere.
5. Electric kettle was found to be not working and even after repeated reminders, replacement was not given.

I had a terrible experience during my recent stay at this property. Several issues made the stay highly unpleasant. Here are a few key points:
Washroom Door: The door was broken and could not be closed properly.
TV Rack: It was damaged and unstable.
Tea Kettle: The kettle was not functional and had a foul smell.
Room Cleanliness: Despite arriving at 8 PM (8 hours after the check-in time) and confirming our arrival 3 hours in advance via call, the room was still not clean upon our arrival.
Curtains: They were visibly dirty and unwashed.
Breakfast Quality: Although breakfast was advertised as complimentary, the options were limited to Paratha and Poha, neither of which were properly cooked.
Coffee Experience: The coffee served was one of the worst I have ever had; I couldn’t take more than a sip.
Overall, the stay did not meet basic hospitality standards and left a lot to be desired. I would not recommend this property based on my experience.
