The fact it’s close, there is a lot to do & see, the food & accomodation was outstanding, loved how clean & tidy everywhere looked
There was nothing bad at all but wish it had a bigger pool.
Staff were wonderful. We stayed a couple of nights, then left our luggage whilst we went to Kangaroo Island for a stay. On returning to The Vibe for a further stay late at night, our luggage was waiting in the room, they were very thoughtful and helpful.

Great solid hotel, new rooms and facilities

The purpose of this trip was to attend my child’s university graduation ceremony. I chose this hotel because of its convenient location, close to my child’s dormitory and the city center of Adelaide. The hotel appears quite new, and cleanliness is acceptable. However, that is where the positives end.
This was, without exaggeration, one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have ever had.
After nearly 20 hours of travel and transit, my wife and I checked in late and went straight to bed due to exhaustion and jet lag. The next morning, instead of recovering, we both woke up with severe body aches. The reason was unacceptable: although we booked a double bed, the hotel simply pushed two single beds together and covered them with a double sheet. Sleeping in the middle resulted in uneven support and a gap between the mattresses, causing significant discomfort.
Basic amenities were not properly prepared. There were no toothbrushes or toothpaste in the room. We had to call reception and wait around 10 minutes for delivery.
Slippers were also missing and had to be requested separately, which should not happen in a hotel claiming a 4-star standard.
There was no complimentary bottled water in the room. When we asked, we were told to drink tap water. Regardless of safety standards, the water had a strong chemical (chlorine) smell, making it very unpleasant to drink. This is far below expectations for a hotel of this category.
The hotel lacks basic service elements such as a doorman or bellman. Guests receive no assistance with doors or luggage, and all interactions are limited to the reception desk, creating a distant and unwelcoming experience—especially for those who are not fluent in English.
During check-out, we had a large amount of luggage as we were helping our child ship belongings home after graduation. When I asked to borrow a luggage scale, the receptionist informed me that they did not have one because it had been “lost” and its whereabouts were unknown. This reflects a serious lack of basic operational management.

The “pool” was slightly larger than a bath tub.
When I booked the price was $258 but apparently if demand is high then the rate increases. I had to pay $700 for the night. I will never stay here again. Incredibly overpriced and overrated
Arrived early after an overnight flight and Team were able to sort a room for us before the normal time.
Great choice of breakfast with Waiter service.
