No-nonsense hotel with good breakfast
Pros:

The facilities in the room were good; I especially liked the sports equipment. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was helpful.

More English-speaking staff members would be value-adding in a hotel that receives international visitors.

Excellent hotel for a relaxed stay
Pros:

The staff was very helpful in English. The facilities are great and new decoration. rooms are very comfortable and well equipped. They upgraded my room with river view as well. The breakfast options are very diverse and plentiful.

better choice for family trip
Pros:

This is IHG new brand Hotel , just opening on last year. It's the tallest building around in that area with amazing city view or river view from room.
I really like this hotel's design, it really shows the unique design of even style . The staff is super friendly and has been very helpful for guests who first time visit Suzhou.Hotel to connected Metro Line3&Line5, nice on site cafe, gym, and breakfast was excellent,Great for a transit overnight stay.

Postive stay. Helpful and friendly staff, Kiki Zhou 周燕 who offered assistance to book taxi for my family and also advise
Pros:

A new hotel, everything is very new and good!

Cons:

Breakfast can be better. Staff serving the food should advised guests to queue up.
