Pros:

Convenient location. Clean room and friendly staff.

Cons:

No onsite parking. The Riverside car park only a short walk and better than St Mary's, which was closer.

Very lovely; both the room and the staff.
Pros:

Staff were exceptionally lovely, hotel was modern and very clean.

Cons:

Only complaint is that my room was facing a giant LED billboard and even my curtains couldn't block out the light (obviously not the hotel's fault but it's the only con I have)

Pros:

Absolutely great central city location. Room spotless & well stocked..
Breakfast.. was boundless & well worth the extra. All staff from front of house to housekeeper are the absolute nicest people.
Apart from those horrid milk pots.. perfect stay!.
