Cannot fault the Holiday Inn we have stayed here twice on stays at Sunderland and will definitely stay again.
Hotel has everything, and staff are wonderful very helpful.

Pros:

Breakfast was very good. Staff are very polite and helpful. The room was always clean and fresh. Being in the centre of town helps a lot as you can get transport to all local historic locations.

Cons:

A bit more wardrobe space. If i am here a full week I do like to hang everything up so creases.
