Small but well laid out rooms.
No back door access from the parking garage and no unloading area in the front of the hotel made bringing in luggage more difficult than it should have been.

Superb breakfast. Great variety, breads, Danish pastries, Jams, cereals, meats and cheeses, Yoghurts, fruits, hot and cold drinks machines, pancakes and the best thing was Elena and Ben so helpful and hard working. Very clean and well stocked. Comfy beds , good aircon and plenty of hot water. Bus 50 and 38 to hotel from airport. Door to door and so easy and free with a hotel reservation to show. Hotel gives you a voucher for free travel during your entire stay. The area felt safe too
No English breakfast tea! A bottle of water per person, not just 1. would have been better

Struttura accogliente, staff gentile e disponibile con reception h24. La stanza spaziosa e letto alto e duro, comodo come piace a me. La colazione davvero varia e di qualità. Parcheggio molto grande, comodissimo per chi si muove in auto. Il centro dista 30 minuti volendo fare una passeggiata molto piacevole tra i quartieri residenziali di Basilea, altrimenti l’albergo fornisce un pass per i mezzi pubblici gratuiti a tutti gli ospiti.

Breakfast room was a bit crowded but we like the varieties and coffee/tea options were perfect. Room was ok, not so big but for 1 night almost every size of the room is ok.
Parking but we found a spot on the street.
