Das Personal an der Rezeption ist SEHR unfreundlich! Man liess meine Frau trotz Reservierung und aller Daten 3 Stunden in der Lobby sitzen! Wir kommen NIE mehr wieder!!

Estaba bien equipado. La ubicación era buena.

Cons:

El baño muy pequeño y se salía el agua de la ducha.
Aunque no tiene que ver con el apartamento en si, no era posible dejar las maletas en recepción.

For a longer stay you really can’t beat the price and convenience. 10 minute walk to the downtown mall, close to piantin
Pros:

This is the second time we stay here. We love the location and the facilities. The staff is very responsive and friendly. The value is unbeatable. We no longer ask ourselves where to stay while in Santo Domingo, we just book brickell.

Cons:

This time the hot water kept going out in the shower. I think maybe a fuse for the water heater. However every time we said something the technician came up to the apartment to manage the problem.

It’s of four star hotel quality. lt’s a beautiful facility.

Cons:

The TV cable service was problematic. Victor, the handyman, attempted several times but it was of no avail. They offered to move me to another room with a working TV, but l declined. l was already settled in my unit.

Pros:

Staff was very friendly and caring, the location was great and the price was also good! The room also had a smart tv and the ability to cook too!

Cons:

The warm water from the shower was either non existent or really slow, the shower wall was too close to the toilet, im a bigger guy and was squeezed in. The remote didn't work, but the staff got another new on and also the blender didn't work but it was also replaced the day after, the staff didn't speak english much, but a translator did help
