Cons:

I had a price on booking for $60 for a night. I stayed there for two days. My flight got canceled I stayed for an extra day the charged me $112 for that extra day and they are advertising online for $60 . I called the front desk secretary he has no right answer to tell me

Schönes Apartment
Pros:

Ich war paarmal schon dort , und es ist eine sehr schöne, saubere Apartment . Ich habe bis jetzt immer 10 Punkt gegeben, aber diesmal nur 8, wegen die Verhalten um meine Deposit.

Cons:

Es gab eine Diskussion wegen meine Deposit. Die Handtücher hatten Make Up flecken, was ganz normale sache ist bei frauen, bei check out wollten die mir 20 euro abziehen deswegen. Natürlich habe ich es nicht eingesehen, weil bei Waschen kommt diese fleck raus. Ich bin dann wieder hochgegangen mit Putzfrau und Security( man fühlte sich an als ein schwerverbrecher) dann vor deren augen habe ich das mit Hände rausgewaschen! Natürlich kam diese fleck raus! Ich habe mein Deposit zurückbekommen, aber trotzdem, man sollte vorher erst richtig nach schauen, ob das wirklich so ist, oder nicht! Die dame in Rezeption war nicht so freundlich bei diese Diskussion, die putzfrau und Security die waren sehr nett. Ich habe das Gefühl gehabt, dass sie so etwas Geld verdienen wollten. Schade, aber ich denke in zukunft komme ich nicht mehr hier, diese system mit diese starke Kontrolle habe noch nie erlebt! Das Hotel ist sehr schön und hat immer alles gefallen, aber dieses mal war ich sehr enttäuscht!

Super buena experiencia Pero el precio no tanto

El área súper tranquila, nada de ruido. Céntrica cerca de todo! Apto adaptado, tenía todo lo que me hacía falta como secador de pelo, toallas, y tiene parqueo asignado en sótano que es otro plus, el área de la piscina magnífica, y una vista maravillosa, sin duda volvería.

Cons:

El precio, entiendo que puede ser un poco más asequible, el tema del impuesto es lo que nunca voy a entender, si no cobrarán eso entiendo que el precio que colocan por la cantidad de noches es perfecto. La cama por igual, un poco incómoda, despertaba con dolor de cuello, se hundía mucho y tenías que estar en el mismo centro, sino te ibas para abajo con todo.

Sehr schön eingerichtet, fantastisch 🤩

Cons:

Die Schiebetüre zum Balkon ging nicht ganz zu, und kein Handwerker war vor Ort um das zu beheben! Man hätte nur eine Schraube fest anziehen müssen damit die Schiebetüre sich wieder schliesst! Wegen mosquito!

If you want something basic then this is the place for you.
Pros:

I love the location and the location to other places in the area. It’s not around a lot of craziness but it’s within a safe walking distance to enjoy the city and the people in the area.

Cons:

Thai property was okay; but just okay. There were little things that arose that no one can seem to help with. My shower (9G) didn’t work and when I called for assistance they did something to make it work but it was temporary. The roof top was just a space and no services provided; it there was a list of things you can’t do; but no seemed to be around to help.

Room was clean and functional. Felt spacious and homely. Good facilities. Lovely pool area.
