Very unusual for D. R. and lovely Dominican people to have such an unpleasant welcome. The receptionist very unfriendly, this kind a person should not work in the tourist industry. First she didn’t let me see the room without first paying for the whole stay which I found very unusual. Then although I paid on CC for the entire stay ( which they use higher exchange rate in pesos so they charge you like $10 more ) she didn’t give me the keys from the room. I told her as soon as I get to the room I will give her the $100 security deposit which btw I found ridiculous if they already have my CC and passport but instead she made me open my suitcase at the reception area to search and give her the $100 in cash. Just bad experience. Hotel was empty and besides that fact I was given a room with blocked view , literally looking at the building 5 meters across

Cons:

Geputzt wird nur auf Anfrage (da es ein Apart-Hotel ist). Dies muss man immer 24 Stunden im Voraus melden. Das haben wir gemacht und trotzdem wurde in 5 Nächten nicht 1 Mal geputzt. Auch andere Gäste an der Reception haben sich darüber beschwert. Ausserdem wollten sie ab 3 Nächten, pro Nacht nochmals 5 USD aufschlagen (wegen Energiekosten). Zudem war das Personal überhaupt nicht entgegenkommend, zum Teil unfreundlich. Alles fühlte sich kompliziert und aufwändig an.

Muy recomendable, super bien ubicado y estarás en un lugar seguro y cómodo en Sato Domingo
Pros:

EL personal es excelente, muy amable, te asisten con todo. La azotea con piscina y gimnasio son un plus en este edificio.

Cons:

La cama se movía mucho, el mobiliario necesita un poco de atención y mantenimiento mayor. No fue nada que nos impidiera disfrutar de la estancia, pero lo comento.

Die Lage in der Stadt ist gut.

Cons:

Das Appartment ist sehr laut. Gegenueber gibt es ein Schule. Der Laerm der Kinder ist enorm.
Nicht fuer empflindiche Ohren geeignet!!
