Good in many ways but not good if sleep is what’s needed.
Pros:

Centrally located and close to park with burial mounds (easily walkable) as well as plenty of good places to eat and drink.

Cons:

There was something very wrong the plumbing. It seemed that if anyone in the hotel flushed their toilet, it caused very loud gurgling noises in ours making it almost impossible to sleep.

Great location
Pros:

Great location to the mounds and walking distance to other top locations in town. The breakfast was yummy and the facilities were great. Nice big rooms and comfy bed!

Cons:

Not a lot of places to put your clothes. If you’re here for a short period of time it’s not too much an issue but not great if you’re there for an extended amount of time.

Unexpected gem
Pros:

The location was very good. I walked to all main tourist attractions easily.
The room was big, clean, the hotel smelled really good. The staff kindly helped me get a taxi when busses were not running due to an event so bonues points for that :)

Cons:

The bed was a but hard for my preference.

Amazing central hotel, clean and spacious
Pros:

Clean, spacious room, incredibly comfortable bed, decent options for breakfast, kind and helpful staff, perfect location (walking distance to the tomb and to restaurants) and for any runner or walkers, it's roughly 2km to a walking/running and cycling path which follows the river (and is absolutely beautiful).

Cons:

I would definitely stay again but 2 points to note-
1. While there's a bath near the shower, it's not quite a western shower and a bit more of a wet room.
2. Breakfast is limited but there's enough to choose from to start the day.
