The experience was decent, but the hotel should be clean for each guest the day they arrive.
Pros:

The area was a great location for this hotel, away from the spring breakers was a pleasant treat. There should be beach access, so that if you choose to go the beach you should be able to walk out back a few streets over to Front Beach Road.

Cons:

Th room wasn't as clean as I expected, from the bathroom and tub. The ice machine was on the 1st floor, and the elevator was working properly. But as usual my family and I made the best out of it. The price was high and I expected a breakfast to match that. We had to leave the property each day for breakfast.

Good breakfast !

Cons:

Hair in bathroom when checked in. They only left towels ,nothing else after 1st night. Did not empty trash. make up beds or leave coffee. Had trouble with key cards to unlock door.

It was an OK place to stay, although from the description, I thought we would be much closer to the

Breakfast was fine. When we asked the check it girl how far to the ocean she said 15 minutes. I understood from reading that we were closer which we really were about half a mile if you could have gone straight there. However, there were so much housing and condos between us that was not possible.

Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was not bad. The room was clean and comfortable. Loved that they had a bible verse on their welcome board.

Cons:

The staff didn’t mention there was no hot water before checking in. My daughter took a cold shower the night we checked in, and didn’t have hot water till the next morning. Also we checked out a day early and the staff refused to give a print out confirming we checked out the dah we checked out.
