Clean, calm and warm home away from home while we were stranded in Doha, Qatar
Pros:

We were here longer because of flight cancellations. Amidst the situation, we find Somerset Al Mansoura our wonderful home away from home. There was constant communication and the property truly have exceptional staff-security, front office, housekeeping. Chaimaa of front office and Najrul of housekeeping stands out the most- they are absolute gem I would say because they don’t just do their jobs, they do it with passion, carried out in a genuinely warm approach, professionalism and sincere efforts to make sure we are having a great and comfortable stay. Ishari has been so wonderful as well assisting us with her calm personality and warm smile! Thank you to all the staff of Somerset! We look forward to be back in future!

Cons:

No inhouse F&B yet during our stay but we did notice it’s in progress and opening soon!
It’ll also be good to be able to make outbound calls from the phone in the room.
