رائحه الشقه (طبخ سمك) 24 ساعه الرائحه لاصقه ماتخف ولاتروح .. موقع الفندق منطقه قديمه جدا واغلب السكان من شرق اسيا .. من وجهة نظري غير مناسب للعوائل الخليجيه .. المواقف قليله وضيقه .. خدمة العاملين بالفندق غير جيده عند وصول طلبات من المندوب يتركونها تحت مايبلغونا عنها واذا اتصلنا نسال عنها قالوا انزلوا خذوها احنا مشغولين حتى الساعه 3 فجرا احنا ننزل ناخذها ليش .. وين خدمة العملاء ؟؟

Highly Recommended: Fantastic Team and Welcoming Atmosphere
Pros:

I had a fantastic stay at Somerset Al Mansoura and wanted to share my appreciation for the incredible service. The entire team does a wonderful job, but I’d like to give a special mention to Chaimaa, Ruhel, Ishari, and Barath.
Specifically, Chaimaa and Ruhel were amazing—they always had a smile on their faces and a very welcoming personality that made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. Their professionalism and warmth truly stood out. Thank you all for making my stay so memorable!

Cons:

There were only two pillows per bed. I wish they could increase a little more comfort by adding more pillows.
