All the staff were so so friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, close to local restaurants and cafes and the tram station. The room was perfect with everything you could need, so stylish and modern and comfortable.

Pros:

Close to airport, decent and safe location, clean, comfortable bed.

Cons:

Booked a two bedroom apartment, but they gave me two connecting studio rooms and said this is the two bedroom apartment.

The staff were all very friendly and professional, and there was no request that could not be managed gracefully.

Cons:

The cost of everything is higher than I would think is fair value but most of that is due to the exchange rates. Everything in Switzerland is more expensive.

Zimmer sehr schön, gross, alles vorhanden.
Sehr schöner Fitnessraum.

Cons:

Frühstück könnte etwas reichhaltiger sein.
Schade dass die Zimmer nur noch alle drei Tage gereinigt werden. Bei der Ankunft müsste das gesagt werden.

Luxury for the family
Pros:

Rooms were very spacious. Well equipped. Beds were very comfortable. Staff very helpful. Location a 10 min bus ride from the airport or a 15 min tram ride into the centre. Public transport card provided by the hotel, which made travelling easy. Clean, modern and new.
