Very clean and tidy, eight rooms inside the pub, fantastic views from our room across the harbour.
Quite a walk out of the town and no parking on site.

The location was good although the parking and access was a bit of a struggle.
The bed was extremely narrow for two people and we were falling off the bed although we’re not comparatively large people

The room was very nice and was in a good location at the hotel.
The food at dinner time was only very average. The waiting staff were all young people with no public service skills whatsoever. Weoredered a bottle of wine with dinner and the glasses I was given were disgusting. I gave them back and whatever was done to them only improved them marginally.

Room clean . Easy on eye. Very comfortable beds. Everything needed in room. Fabulous view over river and sea. Delight to look out late at night or first thing in morning. Excellent breakfast with room overlooking river. Excellently location on church st bottom of famous 199 steps.

The central location was ideal for exploring, the bedrooms were tastefully decorated to a high standard with all the items that you would want, nice additional touches of a fan, tea and coffee and biscuits
The bedrooms that face onto the main street are noisy but that is due to the location being central and not the hotels fault
