I found an orange under the bed; glad it wasn't moldy.

The room smells bad. Didn’t have a good experience.

If it wasn't for Thomas it would have been a complete disaster. I had three different room on a two night stay. First room I was given was a handicap room being that I'm not and it was completely dirty from sheets to bathroom. Look like nobody tried to clean it. Second room tv didn't work. People hanging outside was loud and noisy blasting music all night. Rooms also smelled like mildew. Awful experience!!!!

It was alright i would only say I had issue is getting the sink fixed which was broken on arrival, the door knob being fixed which again was broken on arrival and more towels, rags, and a change of sheets. I was told if I wasn't staying for longer than 7 days I couldn't get it changed which I understand but it was still a hindrance.

Very clean and wonderful staff. I enjoyed my stay and parking was super easy. I could park close to my room and the lot was well lit. I really enjoyed my stay.

Tv did not work and front desk did not care to resolve the issue.

It was a shock to me when the front desk told me I had to pay $200 for the pet. I pointed out the hotel fees and policies said "deposit". They claim it might be a typo and, in fact, the deposit is "non-refundable". What a deceptive practice !!

The table in the room is oily and hair in bathtub. I checked-in late and was too tired to complaint.

in addition, this hotel scored additional points that Wifi and hair dryer are Not included. I cannot even borrow from front desk. Probably, I cannot take these for granted as these features come standard for most of the hotels.

Last but not least, it is very close to highway. It is beyond words to describe how noise it was.

Amazing space

I've never been so angry trying to check in! The front desk person said that the $200 'deposit' for our pet was non-refundable. So, even though their site says $200 deposit and $10 fee for pets, it's actually a $210 fee which is over double the room charge. We left without checking in and found another hotel.

Good location

Nowhere in Expedia website it is mentioned that it is an extended stay property. No hairdryer, no toiletries, no curtain, can't turn off range hood light, you can hear everything from outside. It is deceptive advertising not to mention that it is an extended stay. Not all Suites are extended stay, this one is and it should be clearly mentioned, people like me who wants to stay for a night would not go to this place.

Everything was great the only thing wrong is thin pillows but when asked for another pillow i was given another besides that great place

Came to know later that this is not a full service property. You gotta do your own trash drop, changes sheets from the reception, do laundry, etc.

Bed felt like plastic

I’ve stayed here a couple times. It’s amazing for the price and good for rest. I normally do 5 stars but docked a star or two because of the weirdness I encountered in getting clean towels and supplies on a 4 night stay. I returned my dirty towels to follow their replacement instructions at 8 am and was told by the manager in a flat tone “we won’t have towels until 4pm.” I then asked about getting them from housekeeping and she said dont take them from the cart” I was like I planned on asking the maid ma’am. I did get them from the maid but felt the interaction with the manager was unnecessarily messy and she could have helped me more as a guest. The rooms air conditioner unit was LOUD and the water pressure on the sink was so low I couldn’t wash my dishes. If you get a good room and
