Better than some 4-star hotels I've stayed at.
Pros:

Service was warm, professional, and informed!

Cons:

Nothing. I've stayed at around 10 hotels this summer, some being 4-star hotels and this one was the cleanest, which is my #1 criterion for a good stay. I think there was a bit of traffic noise, but this was fairly irrelevant to me since i sleep heavily and deeply.
