残念ながら、味気なさの残る旅でした。
Pros:

部屋は新しく清潔で、物音も聞こえて来る事なく静かに快適に過ごせました。また、スタッフの方々も感じの良い対応をして下さいました。

Cons:

頂いたパンフレットや印刷物等の文字が小さく大変見にくかったです。特に周辺のお食事処のパンフレットですが、文字が小さい上に、色も薄く大変見にくかったです。この地域を全く知らない旅行者にとっては、もっと見やすく分かりやすいデザインにして頂けたら助かります。また、その他のパンフレットも、センスの良いデザインですが、なぜか見にくく分かりにくい感じがありました。私どもが６０才代という年齢のせいかも知れませんが…。

また、シャワー室のハンドル(レインシャワーと可動式シャワーの切り替え)ですが、レバーのような突起物が全く無くツルツルしているので、大変回しにくく扱いにくかったです。泡が少しでもついた手では回せません。それに、このシャワーの使い方を記載した印刷物も、これまた文字が大変小さく見にくいものでした。

そして、この周辺はレストラン等食事をするお店が殆どありませんので、せめて朝食だけでもホテルで提供されてはいかがでしょうか？淡路特産の食材を何か1品でも使用したメニューで。
食事場所が殆ど無く、スーパーで買って食べるというのはこんなにも味気ない旅になるのかと初めて知りました。
もうこの町に旅行する事はないと思います。せめて朝食だけでもホテルで頂けるシステムでしたら、もう少し旅の印象が変わったと思います。

Modern and comfortable
Pros:

Large, clean, modern and comfortable room. Great value for money. Very nice and helpful staff.
We realised that we left something (sentimentally valuable) in our room 2h after we checked out and left. We were too far to drive back. We called and asked them if they could please send it to us (within Japan) by post. We received our package within 24hrs!
