Clean rooms. Good location But staff is rude

Cons:

Krystal was extremely rude. We arrived 15 minutes before check in time she would not let us into the lobby . The doors stay locked 24/7 she made us wait outside until 3:01. She also informed us that there was NO late check out. We did not ask for one as we were planning on leaving early in the morning on check out day .
We were not informed of the $250 deposit before we booked . There are no real amenities in the room. There was a a note stating what they had available at the desk I called asking for a coffee pot and some coffee. Krystal informed me I would have to come get the coffee pot but they did not offer coffee with the pot I will never book here again.

Pros:

Very clean, good location

Cons:

Evening staff very abrupt and not friendly. Nothing in the room like cups to use, no coffee pot etc. You have to request everything. Girl at desk very unpleasant didn't want to ask her. $250 deposit in top of $200 for room that you don't get back for 4-5 business days is ridiculous. No real breakfast just grab and go

I loved it.
Pros:

It was comfortable. A great location modern looking. Clean.

Cons:

It’s petty but the faucets are too short and you are rubbing your hands against the rim of the bowl to wash

We got disrespected and threaten by your front desk

The room was ok

Cons:

The room was OK again, but the staff the cleaning person walked in my room unannounced and the front desk lied about why she walked in my room tried to say she knocked, but she didn’t knock. She just walked in the room and walked back out trying to get away like it wasn’t her later to find out. It was one of the cleaning person did admit, she opened that door and backed up back back out. My daughter was not dressed, and it scared her when she went to look out the door to see who it was, and that cleaning person walked out the opposite room across the hall that it was actually her who opened the door and didn’t close the back. I feel we are all more than an apology. I was very upset and scared until we went on a head and left a hour early before checkout time but we did call the police on them and we do have a report number for you as well and the police officer said your hotel gets a lot of complaints about that front desk disrespecting people.

Something needs to be done about the manager at t tge Fredericksburg location(1065 Hospitality Ln)
Pros:

The manager was very rude for no reason she asked my son and I to leave on our second day there. When I asked why she couldn’t even look or give me a good explanation. The cops was called as well the cops told us just to make sure we didn’t cause any problems (they were nice though). One cop told my son they are always getting called to this property. The manager called the cops on someone the night before as well. The manager did tell my son too much in and out. How can you tell someone to stay inside there room we were there with our dog and my son did not go in out like that so I was definitely confused and pissed.

Cons:

I went to wipe up some water off the bathroom floor and the towel was black. My main concern was how rude the manager was for no apparent reason. I wish I would’ve checked out the reviews before I booked the room. The manager at the Fredericksburg location has so many bad reviews I don’t see how she still has a job there. A lot or of people are currently going to court because they didn’t get there deposit because she lied on them. Her complaints go back a year,I will never step foot in that hotel ever again!!
