The staff like first off before arriving within accommodation I asked for extra towels wash clothes and pillows didn’t get that when asked at the front desk couldn’t get it the staff member stated at first I could only get a extra blanket when asked for that she came back out and said I couldn’t get that

Small parking lot and front desk staff lacked a personality. If almost like he woke from a nap or I was interrupting something he was doing. Was an odd greeting.

We had an issue during the night with safety. After bringing it to the overnight staffs attention the situation escalated and the staff called the police on us.

This facility charged me pet fee for the length of my stay, which was from March 18-22, even when I advised them that the dogs only were there until the morning. I was honestly okay with it and looked at it as “just business”. Unfortunately, I am still calling and getting the run around about my refund. I have talked to management an other staff who claimed to be of help, but they have only led me on. The ice machine doesn’t work, breakfast is mediocre, the elevator is a hazard, the front desk is very inattentive to customers. I would not and will not stay here again.

There was no tub for the price I paid. I was not made aware of the 150 dollar holder deposit they take at check in until I was checking in. While the room has like a small dorm kitchen you have to ask for the utensils and things they aren't just stocked in the room. And the walla are thin sonwe heard someone up have the night above us being loud.

We were placed in a room with a loud outdoor exhaust fan outside it.
The fan was far louder than the heating unit and you could smell exhaust fumes from it.
When we inquired we were told they could do nothing about it until the next day- we were only staying one night.
I asked if they could test for carbon monoxide as we both had flushed faces and was told they did have that.
The fan was too loud to sleep so after arriving at 4:30 pm, we left at 10:30pm as sleeping was not an option with the fan noise.
Additionally we were told because we booked with booking.com they were unable to provide another room.

$150 hold on my cc for damages? Seems excessive. Most hotels are $50. Came as a total surprise.
Looked closer to Rte 95 on map.
Had to run shower for 10 minutes until i got hot water for a shower.
Coffee/breakfast at 7:30. Left way before that. Most have it at 7 on weekends.
Receptionist spoke very fast & heavy accent. Slow down so folks can understand what is being said.

Shower was cold, no pressure, front desk lady was rude I called to complain she hung up on me
