Horrible customer service
Pros:

Room was fine bed was comfortable

Cons:

Shower was cold, no pressure, front desk lady was rude I called to complain she hung up on me

Cons:

Breakfast is a non existent joke. Coffee and a cereal bar. Can't believe they claim to offer breakfast. Check in clerk rushed thru and didn't want to be bothered. Room floor was dirty. Extended stay? Room was smaller than most regular hotel rooms.

Pros:

I loved the room, room size, and the location.

Cons:

I did not like that there was an additional $250 deposit at check-in. The water pressure is fair. Bring your own hair dryer.
