Cons:

La chambre communiquante avec un autre client par une porte fermée.
Pas bien dormi tout mon séjour malgré l'appel au hote et l'agent de sécurité pour me changer la chambre

Le personnel était désagréable au plus haut point on a vraiment l’impression de les faire chier
Pas de serviette de main ni de savon et ça me dit ah désolé on fournit pas ??? On entend le dehors et beaucoup de résonance dans les couloirs.
Je m’attarde pas sur les dizaine de minutes que vous pouvez attendre à l’ascenseur bref C’était la deuxième et dernière fois que je venais dans cet hôtel quel gâchis

We enjoyed our 2 nights here. Was great to see KLCC at night.
Pros:

The location is close to the Petronas Towers, restaurants and bars.
The rooftop infinity pool is the reason I booked it and it did not fail. The room was very clean and modern.

Cons:

Even though we were on the 32nd floor, the noise from the traffic and sirens were relentless all night.

We stayed at Scarletz Suites KLCC by Mana-Mana for one night and had a very good experience.

The apartment was clean, modern, and well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The building facilities were also excellent, especially the pool area, which offers amazing views of Kuala Lumpur.

The location is great, very close to KLCC and convenient for exploring the city. Check-in was smooth and everything was well organized.

Even though we only stayed for one night, everything was very comfortable and we would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Kuala Lumpur.

Horrible staff made the stay unenjoyable.
Pros:

Very close to KLCC and pool area had a nice view.

Cons:

Rudest staffs i’ve ever came across. None of the staff member were willing to help with anything and just had yes or no answer. The toilet and bathroom still had wet floor after checking in and leaking from the sink.

Très bon hôtel, emplacement idéal.
Pros:

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est juste parfait, à 5min à pied de KLCC. La piscine au coucher de soleil est géniale.

Cons:

Le seul point négatif de l’hôtel, les ascenseur. Parfois plus de 20 min d’attentes…

Pros:

Very good place to stay in KL, clean and nice pool

Cons:

Unfriendly staff and they make you pay a 200 local currency deposit in CASH. What do you do with that money if you are flying out of the country after check out?
