Hotel was very nice. Restaurant, not so much.
Pros:

Breakfast was not very good. Bacon tasted like it had been in the refrigerator a long time.

For an expensive hotel, and a lot of extra charges, I probably won’t stay there again.
Pros:

Close to my event. Elegant room & common areas

Cons:

No place to park so hotel offered valet service only & charged extra. Thought that was unfair

One of my favorite hotels and I travel often!
Pros:

Everything about THE SHEPHERD is top notch. Beautiful property, friendliest staff, great cafe and bar, amazing outdoor rooftop lounge, nice touch with free water and coffee on each floor. The location in the center of town is so convenient.
