Very nice staff even though we arrived near midnight. Room was comfortable and very good location.

Cons:

We were very disappointed with our first night. There was constant banging in the room above ours for hours that lasted until after midnight. Loud footsteps and running and banging. We made a noise complaint and it still continued. It woke up our 9 month old son and we could not sleep. It got better the next night and we could not hear it our third night.

Clean and comfortable, breakfast was a plus to have available
Pros:

Enjoyed the fact that there was a pool and hot tub, breakfast was a plus and good variety. Coffee was so so.

Cons:

Breakfast opened an hour late one of the mornings so that was kind of inconvenient.

I booked on booking.com and saw the price I thought I was going to be charged but my bill was significantly more. That was very unpleasant to discover

Pros:

The staff at check in and check out were all friendly. The room was comfortable. The window shades were broken, they wouldn't go up or down. We had to put pillows against the window to block the sun ftom coming in. We addressed the issue with the front desk, they offered to move us but did not have the same type of room open. They did not offer any discounts due to the shades being broken.

Pros:

Hotel appeared brand new or recently renovated. All was wonderful, other than the extortionate pricing on EV charging on site. The rates are determined by the management of the hotel and what is typically a .45 to .75 per kWh charge for fast charging at other locations proved to be $1.50 per kWh here. Then, a parking fee is added after 30 minutes for a 2nd level charger which was charging at around 5kwh! My bill for charging was nearly the same as the room.
