Staff makes your heart melt
Pros:

Staff! Everybody is way more than kind:) my heart almost melted!! And location: It’s just perfect! Thanks for everything. I’ll definitely stay there for next years gruyere cheese fest:)

Cons:

It actually seems to be expensive. Also there is no elevator. These are the only negatives:)

Loved this hotel and restaurant. Will definitely return.
Pros:

Super friendly staff, excellent restaurant, comfortable beds, good sound-proofing to outside noise when windows were closed. Would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

The room was overly warm without windows open, despite the ceiling fan. The outside noise at night required windows to be closed to sleep... I'm guessing this would be an issue in the summer.

Jolie adresse à Bulle !
Pros:

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la décoration des chambres, l’emplacement au centre de Bulle, à quelques kilomètres seulement des Bains de la Gruyère et de la chocolaterie Cailler. Le staff était charmant et très bienveillant, notamment avec les enfants. Super adresse !

Cons:

Il faisait un peu chaud dans les chambres.

Mir hat es gefallen
Pros:

Das Zimmer ist zwar etwas eng, hat aber alles was es braucht. Das Badezimmer ist im Zimmer integriert, also kein separater Raum. Die Duschwand gegegn das Badezimmer könnte etwas länger sein, es ht keinen Vorhang oder Wand zum ziehen, dadurch wird der Boden und das restliche Bad nass.

Cons:

Die Lage ist super zentral, dadurch ist es aus direkt an der Ausgangsstrasse. Es war ziemlich laut (Personen die schreien, Automotoren die extra aufheulen)

Magnifique séjour, en couple comme en famille, le lieu est à découvrir...
Pros:

le bâtiment magnifique et la situation de l'hôtel, à deux pas de tout. Restaurant de l'hôtel incroyable et personnel au top !

Cons:

le Petit déjeuner pourrait être encore plus complet mais là, je chipote car il y avait de quoi bien commencer la journée.

L'accueil avant tout !
Pros:

Le sourire et l'amabilité du personnel, la chambre et les sanitaires nickels propres, le confort de la literie, le petit déjeuner hyper copieux, le restaurant, que l'on peut qualifier de gastronomique et l'emplacement idéal : je n'en jette plus !

Cons:

... moins apprécié : un samedi soir sur la terre (!) avec la rumeur montante des bars et de la foule jusque tard dans la nuit...
