Freundlich, Sauber, Gemütlich und Empfehlenswert
Pros:

Der Empfang und die Bedienung durch das Personal war sehr freundlich.
Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte alles was es zum Frühstück braucht.
Ein schönes Hotel.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer hatte das Fenster in Richtung einer Strassenbar. Dadurch war es bei geöffnetem Fenster ein bisschen laut.

Accueil, propreté, calme et petit déjeuner

Cons:

Pas d’ascenseur, le troisième lit n’était pas fait à notre arrivée. C’est une serveuse du restaurant bien aimable qui a fait le lit. Heureusement que nous ne sommes pas arrivés à 23h.

die Fenster waren nicht sauber und die Tücher auf dem Bett schon ein bisschen fusselig. Aber eben: Es sind Kleinigkeiten gewesen!

Great location with the underground car park 'Bulle Centre' right behind the hotel. The standard twin room is pretty small compared to the double rooms with mountain view. My fourth stay in this hotel but my first time booking that category - I don't think I'll book this kind of room again, there's very little space for two people. That said, the room was clean and the beds comfortable..

Cons:

The room had a radiator, but the thermostat was inaccessible because of the furniture in front of it. I don't want a warm bedroom, but a little heat in the morning would have been welcome. Some of the public areas (stairs & landings) are looking worn and tired and could do with a good clean.
