Posizione e colazione top, camere così così.
Pros:

Posizione ottima a due passi dalla stazione Santa Maria Novella, si arriva ovunque nel centro storico in pochi minuti a piedi. Colazione ottima e abbondante, scelta tra frutta fresca, pane, affettati, marmellate, pasticceria, qualche torta, bevande calde eccellente. Anche yogurt fresco. Cortesia e gentilezza dello staff. Letti comodi. Wifi gratis

Cons:

Non c'è l'ascensore. Stanze un po' datate che hanno bisogno di manutenzione (piastrelle sbeccate, soffione della doccia attaccato male al soffitto, piastra dello scarico wc che tende a staccarsi). Pulizia così così, abbiamo trovato tanta polvere in camera

Χρειάζεται κι άλλα τραπέζια για το πρωινό καθώς ο κόσμος περίμενε όρθιος για να φάει.
Επίσης μέναμε στα δωμάτια του πρωινού και ξυπνήσαμε από τις εφτά και που ετοιμαζόταν το πρωινό
Επίσης μέναμε στα δωμάτια του πρώτου ορόφου δίπλα στη τραπεζαρία του πρωινού και ξυπνήσαμε από τις εφτά που ετοιμαζόταν το πρωινό.
Επίσης είδα μία κοπέλα η οποία ετοιμάζει το πρωινό καθαρίζει τα δωμάτια περνούσε τις κρατήσεις σε καλωσόριζε στο ξενοδοχείο κατά το Check in, αυτό δεν είναι φυσιολογικό.
Θα συνιστούσα να προσλάβουν νέους υπαλλήλους δεν είναι ευχάριστο ούτε για την κοπέλα που δουλεύει ούτε για τους πελάτες να βλέπουν ένα άτομο σε όλα τα πόστα.

Мне достался номер на верхнем этаже - но в отеле нет лифта. Огромная признательность очень милому высокому молодому портье, который поднял мой большой чемодан наверх и на следующий день спустил вниз.
I got a room on the top floor, but the hotel doesn't have an elevator. Huge thanks to the very nice, tall young porter who carried my large suitcase upstairs and brought it back down the next day.

Номер не самый удобный в том плане, что душевая кабинка расположена прямо посреди его. Все остальное вполне удобно.
The room isn't the most comfortable, as the shower stall is located right in the middle. Everything else is quite comfortable.

va bene per una notte e comunque bisogna adeguarsi.

Cons:

Colazione con scarsa scelta, ottima posizione ma nessun ascensore per salire alle camere, per altro con scale molto strette e poco confortevoli. Manca la segnalazione della assenza dell'ascensore sul sito e su Booking. non amo che non sia presente il portiere alla reception h24, come accade in questo albergo. stanza piccola con gradini. non ho gradito che il bagaglio venisse lasciato incustodito in sala colazione al momento del check out. il prezzo pagato è caro perchè l'albergo non vale questo prezzo.

Struttura accogliente e staff Super disponibile. Soprattutto Vanessa è stata gentilissima e premurosa nei nostri confronti (una donna incinta e un bambino di 4 anni). Hotel consigliato al 100%

Scelto per la posizione e basta.
Pros:

Posizione assolutamente centrale, la ragazza Vanessa che fa la colazione è una persona gentilissima

Cons:

Non molto pulito, non c’è ascensore con scale molto impegnative, stanza piccolissima, il bagno senza bidet, colazione appena sufficiente, ho segnalato che nel bagno l’asta del pomello della doccia era assente per cui con le mani insaponate era impossibile aprire l’acqua ma nn se ne sono fregati molto… tanto hanno tanta gente che ci va.

Soggiorno positivo e per me estremamente comodo

Camera spaziosa e pulita, colazione buona e personale cordiale e disponibile, favolosa la posizione vicinissima alla stazione e al centro storico

Cons:

Mancanza ascensore, probabilmente non me ne sono accorta quando ho prenotato e temperatura elevata nella camera
