Great location, great staff, good room
Pros:

Friendly helpful staff, clean rooms, and a good size. Breakfast was simple but very good. Location was fantastic

Cons:

3 flights of stairs to climb up our room - but I was aware of this at time of booking and the staff were very eager to help with our bags.

Não indicaria para ninguém, o atendimento da recepção muito ruim, a cara do hotel é a recepção e nesse caso esse hotel não está muito preocupado. O funcionário que fica durante o dia, que nem sei o nome, porque sempre com descaso, nunca tenta ajudar. Pedimos ajuda e nos mandou para um lugar errado. No outro dia ele ficou bravo porque pedimos para abrir a porta da recepção e não sabíamos que tinha que digitar a senha na porta ao lado de fora para entrar, mesmo que durante o dia. Ele sentado não gostou. O café da manhã não é abastecido, se acabou fica sem, além de não ter quase pão salgado para comer, umas fatias de pão de forma e um pãozinho bem pequeno e duro. Ficamos 5 noites e todos os dias a mesma coisa. Faltava sempre algo, como água e leite, sempre tinha que pedir para repor. O secador se ficar ligado 1 minuto direto é muito, ele trava. Os travesseiros bem baixos, se gosta de alto esquece, porque não tem . Não fiquem no andar do café da manhã, porque o barulho de pratos e copos começam bem cedo. Além da obra na rua que parece que esta dentro do quarto. Fizemos o checkout e a moça da recepção que fica de manhã, nenhum comentário se gostamos da hospedagem. Bem estranho esse hotel.

We were very happy with our choice (except the bathroom).

Excellent location, very clean room, comfortable bed.
Staff is very friendly and helpful.
Very good value for money.

Cons:

The shower in the bathroom has glass window towards the bed. No privacy whatsoever when taking the shower. You feel like you are on the stage.
Don't turn on the lights in the night if you need a bathroom, because the light will go straight to the eyes of your partner. Ventilation inside is very poor.
We didn't like it at all and it's the first time in my life to see something like this. Please, do something!!! Put at least some tinted glass instead. This us ridiculus. This is the reason for a minus 1 star.

Pros:

Breakfast was simple, but filling and tasty. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel is located right next to the train station and very close to the historic city center. It doesn't have parking, but we arrived by train without luggage, so that was fine for us. The building is old, but well-maintained.

Cons:

Our room was on the top floor. It was equipped with air conditioning, so that wasn't an issue. Just to nitpick, I'd say it would have been noisy if we had left the window open.
