Great location closes to the bus station

Cons:

The only thing I did not like about it it didn’t have a hotel for your luggage even though the steps help you bring your luggage upstairs. One of the members seemed very angry about it.

The stay was okay, close to main attractions.
Pros:

Self check in, breakfast was satisfactory . The hotel staff kept communication open throughout travel and ensured we received all key information about the place.

Cons:

Somewhat a bit difficult if you have a car as you need to do ZTL registration . But the hotel gave us the information we needed prior to arrival

Only good thing about this property is the location close to train station and short walk to Duomo and other sites
Pros:

Not much! We were given economy room but paid for superior. We complained and our room was changed to the correct room.
No bar to have a drink.
USB connection didn’t work. Electric sockets need upgrading with USB for iPhones

Cons:

No lift for 2 x large luggage
Small entrance and reception with dirty strip of carpet on stairs.
