Бронировала двухэтажный номер на 7 дней на 1 человека. Отель прислал за мной трансфер в аэропорт, встретили с табличкой без проблем. Было приятно что большой минивен приехал только ради меня одной) Заселили в номер C201, я считаю что это самый удачный номер в отеле, так как с самого утра солнце и прямой вид из балкона на гору Бабадаг. Все номера в отеле смотрят на бассейн и горы. Виды потрясающие. Я не первый раз в Олюденизе и этот отель правда заслуживает внимания. Номер двухэтажный, с двумя балконами. Все чисто, приятно. Уборку делают мальчики из Индонезии улыбчивые и милые. Завтрак очень хороший, каждый день немного меняют меню для разнообразия, голодным никто не останется, все вкусно. Фрукты, сыры, ветчина разная, куча еды в общем. Ребята на ресепшн очерь приветливые, всегда откликались на просьбы. Я осталась очень довольна, рекомендую отель! Я брала в аренду машину но рядом с отелем есть автобусная остановка маршруток, которые довезут на пляж или в Фетхие, с этим тоже проблем нет. Буду останавливаться еще!!!

Comfortable clean rooms

Staying at Residence 222 Hisaronu was literally home. The staffs were exceptional and like family members. I love everything about this hotel, the room, the food, the mocktails, the view, the staffs, location etc. It is well situated, near all important landmarks. It's 15 mins away to the beach by bus and you get to taste several cuisine in the neighbourhood. The room is so clean and comfy. The staffs are very helpful and instructive. They themselves advise me where I could visit and how to get there. Special thanks to Kadir, Junaid and everyone at the bar who made me feel included as a solo traveler. Thanks again for everything, I enjoyed every single day of my stay. I highly recommend this hotel ❤️

Location was a surprise it was very central to all amenities as well as restaurant's. There was a great selection for breakfast and compliments to chef and all the wait staff. The rooms were spacious and pool as great! Staff were very friendly and accommodating - great place.

The hotel is located towards the bottom end of the town. Far enough out of the busy area for reduced noise but still only a 5 minute walk into the centre. The hotel offers a relaxed atmosphere in a modern environment, perfect for couples, young adults or solo travellers looking to chill out. The rooms were comfortable and kept clean and tidy by a regular and efficient cleaning service. Breakfast was largely the same each day, but with enough variation, everything was fresh and cooked well, I didn’t get bored of it during my one week stay. The pool and pool bar are very smart and a great way to relax. Every day there is a free shuttle bus (exclusive to hotel guests) down to the hotels beach club ‘beach 222’, located on the blue lagoon, perfect if you want a change of scenery from the hotel. The main selling point of this hotel is the staff. The brilliant management team have put together a superb group of people, all very friendly and always happy to help! I will definitely look at this hotels availability whenever I next visit Hisarönü.

Havia dois homens e uma mulher na receção, era o homem mais novo. Teve um cuidado e atenção especial incrível que nos ajudou imenso.

Good staff, easy walk into town

New property in good condition, lovely bar area and pools, albeit pools were pretty cold. Staff were excellent, very hospitable, helpful, professional and friendly. Apartment was great would only say more shelf/wardrobe space would have been useful

A very nice hotel with fantastic staff

Modern stylish hotel, fantastic breakfast

As we walked through the entrance, the WOW! factor was in full effect. In a resort like Oludeniz and Hisaronu, this was by far the classiest joint around. Upon closer inspection, and a few days of orientation, it does have its issues, though. The largest problem we had was the smell emanating from the bathroom drains; it was disgusting. We did discuss with the management and was told that the drain in the shower cubicle was broken and that it would be replaced the next day. It never got replaced. We mentioned it 3 times in total, but nothing was done about it. In fact, we were told that drainage in Hisaronu was actually quite poor. So the bathroom door was kept closed at all times, the extractor fan was on constantly and we Febreezed the bathroom to death, which didn't help either.
Secondly, having a private pool was lush, however, there was obviously something wrong with the pool pumping system. Pipework for the pool ran through the walls and for more than half the nights we stayed you could hear water noises quite loudly in the room. The noises were loud enough to keep me awake at night, or even wake me up during the night. This really was infuriating and I didn't get to relax properly for all the holiday.
Thirdly, cleaning staff and kitchen staff were quite noisy each morning. Lastly, no real atmosphere. There is more but I have space to write it all.
