I had a very distressing experience at this hotel because of the behaviour of a member of the reception staff.
The staff member repeatedly contacted me, asked intrusive personal questions, pressured me to go out with him, repeatedly called and messaged me while I was sleeping and knocked on my hotel room door. When we later went out, his behaviour became inappropriate and included unwanted touching. Because he knew my room number and had access to my personal information, I felt extremely uncomfortable and unsafe returning to the hotel.
I reported everything to hotel management and provided evidence of the communications. I eventually had to request a room change because I no longer felt safe staying in my original room.
I also formally complained to Booking.com on 12 August, but after they followed up with the property, I was told on 20 August that “no compensation could be provided in this case.” Despite the seriousness of what happened, I received no financial compensation or refund.
Some of the other hotel staff were friendly and helpful, but unfortunately that does not outweigh this experience. The way this situation was handled was extremely disappointing and I would never stay here again.
If you are considering this hotel, I would strongly recommend taking these concerns into consideration.

Odalar çok temiz ve yeni, havuz çok büyük ve yeterli çok ilgili ve güler yüzlü personeli var
B bloktaki odalar güneş almıyor, odadan havuza giriş ve şezlong var ama hiç kullanamadık. Bunun yerine genel havuzdaki şezlongları kullandık güneşlenmek için

Хороший завтрак, чистые номера . В самих номерах я бы добавил посуды и больше бы лил в дозаторы мыла в душе. С парковкой вокруг нет проблем, шума от улицы с ресторанами тоже нет.

We are absolutely delighted with our stay. The hotel completely exceeded our expectations!
It is a brand-new property, incredibly clean, and perfectly maintained. The atmosphere is very cozy and intimate, with a wonderful "home away from home" feel, so you never feel crowded.
Our accommodation was fantastic – it wasn't just a room, but a spacious two-story apartment with direct access to the swimming pool, which felt incredibly luxurious and comfortable.
The staff deserves a special mention. Everyone was extremely friendly, polite, and genuinely helpful. Every single day they would check on us and ask if we needed anything.
The breakfasts were delicious and offered a great variety of fresh food every morning, including a huge selection of tasty fruits.
The hotel also has a private beach. While it is not located right next to the property and you need to drive there, the entry is completely free, and they have dedicated sun loungers reserved exclusively for hotel guests.
The only slight disappointment was the surrounding area. For our taste, it was a bit too commercialized. We personally prefer a more authentic, local vibe, whereas here it felt more like being in the UK than in Turkey. However, as a base for exploring and taking day trips, the location is actually very good. Plus, the incredible atmosphere of the hotel completely made up for it!
Everything inside the hotel was pristine and comfortable. We highly recommend it!
