Near to railway station

Cons:

No parking space, my vehicle was in the street.
The TV was not working, late at night they replaced it.
The floor was not clean, when asked for cleaning they said the cleaning staff is available the next day only.
I opted for a double room but they provided only one towel that too was old and when requested for additional they haven't provided.
Hot water was not available.
The person available at the reception doesn't know malayalam to communicate with.
The lift was too small and stink.
My booking was for a standard double room, and my booking was confirmed by making an advance payment. I confirmed my late check-in with the hotel a day before, but they said all rooms are full. When they realised that I have a confirmed booking they said they will provide you with the deluxe room. But I really doubt it was a deluxe kind of room.
