Fajn jarní prádzniny
Pros:

Pohodlné ubytování malinký kousek od centra Porta, nábřeží s hospodami je cca 200 metrů, na kopec od něj vede jedna z hlavních turistických ulic směrem k pěším zónám a památkám. Hotel je tichý, měli jsme okna do ulice, v noci nás nic nerušilo. Příjemná snídaně s profesionální obsluhou.

Cons:

Spodní patro hotelu je na úrovni řeky, což může a asi je v případě deštivého počasí problém.

Room was very good disained. Very unic. I was very impressed.
Location very good as well.

Cons:

Room no have double lock. Rdiculous. And need to be careful when closing the room door. Always need double check if door closed or not. Cleanless during the stay was very poor. One day they didint clean at all. Even we found from previous guest rubbish under the sink in rubbish bin.
Breakfast was very poor.If you ordering something, you getting very very small portions. Never ever I haven't see like that. Babies more eating, than they offering. But asking price for breakfast €15. Really shame. Unbelievable.

Perfect location for me and felt safe and comfortable.
Pros:

Perfect location, lovely staff. Clean, room comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The pool was closed so comment on this.

Cons:

My room was at the back on 1st floor and was dark and smelt damp (it was cheaper than one with a river view to be fair).

Nice location and interior. Very clean and private.

Cons:

They use an air freshener with a very intense smell, and it gave me a headache. They sprayed it all over on room and objects, so my clothes took the smell as well. I would suggest that they don't do this because some people are very sensitive to intense perfumes and smells, and could be very allergic. If this is the politics of the hotel, then hire a specialist for essential oils- an aromatherapist, and check individually with each guest about their preferences. Also, I would suggest that stuff in the restaurant don't serve cold and old boiled eggs, since mine were a bit rotten.
