Excelente lugar para descansar y relajarte, nadar y disfrutar.Yo fui con mi pareja y amamos el lugar

Las instalaciones y la decoración del lugar, tiene mucho estilo.

Cons:

Para llegar en auto es un poco lento porque no está pavimentada la calle porque se ve que es un fraccionamiento nuevo, pero llegando al lugar, dentro es muy bonito y elegante.

Als wir abgereist sind haben wir die Getränke aufs Haus bekommen von der Chefin - die einzig bemühte!

Cons:

Leider war unser Aufenthalt eine einzige Enttäuschung. Wir haben schon viele Hotels besucht, aber so etwas haben wir selten erlebt.

Bereits das Zimmer wies zahlreiche Mängel auf. Der Zimmerschlüssel war tatsächlich ein Schraubenschlüssel! Die Tür ließ sich nicht richtig schließen und der Safe war ebenfalls defekt. Die einzige Lichtquelle war die Terrassenfront. Privatsphäre gab es somit nur, wenn man im Dunkeln saß. Auch die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht richtig. Ob man 16 oder 24 Grad einstellte, machte überhaupt keinen Unterschied.

Das Personal war schlichtweg unterirdisch. Man hatte ständig das Gefühl, mit jeder Frage oder Bitte zu stören. Statt sich um die Gäste zu kümmern, waren die Mitarbeiter überwiegend mit ihren Handys beschäftigt.

Der absolute Höhepunkt war beim Frühstück. Nachdem ich dem Kellner sogar noch den Teller abnehmen musste, warf er mir die Butter auf den Sessel, von wo sie auf den Boden fiel. Erst auf ausdrückliche Nachfrage bekam ich eine neue Butter. Zum Glück musste ich die vom Boden nicht auch noch essen!

Abgeräumt wurde so gut wie nichts, weder beim Frühstück noch am Pool. Benutztes Geschirr und Gläser blieben einfach stehen.

Auch die Getränkeauswahl war eine Enttäuschung. Es gab weder Cola noch andere Softdrinks. Kaffee wurde ausschließlich schwarz serviert, ohne Milch und ohne Zucker. Dafür wurde offenbar nicht am Zimt gespart. Selbst die einfachsten Dinge waren hier nicht selbstverständlich.

Der Pool war leider ebenfalls nicht sauber. Das Wasser wirkte gekippt und machte keinen besonders hygienischen Eindruck.

Besonders enttäuschend war die durchgehende Gleichgültigkeit des Personals. Freundlichkeit, Aufmerksamkeit und ein Mindestmaß an Service sucht man hier leider vergeblich.

Unser Fazit: Ein Hotel, in dem weder grundlegender Komfort noch Sicherheit, Service oder Privatsphäre gewährleistet sind. Die Zustände waren für uns letztendlich so unzumutbar, dass wir unseren Aufenthalt abgebrochen und das Hotel gewechselt haben.

Pros:

You had to taxi everywhere from this place so it gets really expensive and the staff is not helpful at all if you don't speak Spanish don't even try

Cons:

The place is still under construction so there's a lot of things that aren't available and it's unfinished the stuff during the day are very rude at least for me because I don't speak Spanish I wasn't able to get any help from them when I had questions and needed to go anywhere however the late night crew was very amazing and accommodated my nightly cereal snack and made me feel welcome

The bed was very comfortable and the AC was nice and cool. The pool was just as pictured.

Cons:

The restaurant closes at 3pm which makes sense with only 12 rooms but there are no snacks available for purchase and no refrigerators in the room. We had to buy a cooler and buy ice every day. The drinks were also very overpriced - more expensive than what you find in town. The location is good but only if you are accustomed to the heat and humidity - if not the 10 min walk feels deathly. We opted to rent an ATV.

De la angustia a la sorpresa
Pros:

Cuando llegue al hotel estaba lloviendo fuertemente, por tanto, la alberca estaba sucia, con hojas de árbol, los solares de las habitaciones estaban desordenados por lo que mi primera impresión fue desoladora. Mejoró el clima, entró el staff de mantenimiento y mi visión del hotel cambió radicalmente. La actitud de servicio y atención a clientes del personal del hotel fue increíble. El concepto de hotel innovador y moderno y permite tener contacto con la naturaleza. Me gusto que no tienen TV, hay buen internet.

Not worth the price - especially in low season, as they won’t have a good service for you.
Pros:

The staff are super kind, especially the evening service. The morning people were not very attentive though and spent all day looking at their phone instead of checking on guests…

Cons:

First, the location. It’s far away from any ‘busy’ area or beach, and you need to take a moto or taxi to go anywhere.
Second, the cleanliness. The pool was very dirty and despite having told it to the staff, they did not make anything about it. The light went on and off after some rain.
Last, they did not told us we needed to ask for the room to be done daily which turned out to leave our room not cleaned when we did not specifically asked for it. It’s okay if we need to ask, but let us know in advance…also they charge you for everything, even a second “coffee” (if you want to call it like that) during breakfast. Oh, I nearly forgot, breakfast is not worth the money, and they don’t have most of the options, funneling options to eggs, fruit, and pancakes…

Peaceful getaway
Pros:

Very peaceful location, big rooms, lovely pool, delicious breakfast and nice staff. It is a bit away from everything, but we really enjoyed that. La punta is really just 10-15 min walk, or you can get a taxi at any time.

Lovely relaxing stay around a gorgeous pool. Very homely
Pros:

Lovely pool area, nice staff, very yummy food, overall felt very homely! Would definitely recommend as great value for money. Nice relaxing location away from the main area of La Punta - would definitely recommend getting a scooter or quad bike as the walk was too long for us, but the hotel order taxis for you if not so all good.

Cons:

Aircon wasn’t working properly in our room so we had to move rooms after one night, then the second room didn’t have the nice big tv. If we had both the whole stay it would have been perfect!
