Pros:

町からは外れていますが不便はなくロケーションは良かったです。お湯が自由に使えるのがとても良かった。星空がとても綺麗に見えました。

Cons:

全体に清潔でしたが2段ベッドの上は埃が溜まっていた点　就寝の頃　隣の話し声が壁を通して聞こえていた点。

Super sympa mais il faut savoir que ce est pas situé au centre de Zermatt
Pros:

Le personnel est au petit soin. Merci à Stéphanie qui a tout fait pour rendre notre séjour inoubliable.L’hôtel est très propre et décoré avec soin. Tout est très clair et facile d’accès et il y a une petite cuisine avec un micro onde.

Cons:

Il est bruyant car situé dans la partie externe de Zermatt où toutes les voitures viennent se garer ou transporter du matériel et il y’a le centre dés hélicoptères à côté qui fait également beaucoup de bruit. Demander l s chambres au 5eme étage.

Pros:

Wir hatten ein kleines Doppelzimmer mit Etagenbetten. Für eine Nacht und mit wenig Gepäck absolut super. Betten waren bequem, das Badezimmer tip top. Es war sehr ruhig und knapp 10 Minuten zu Fuss vom Bahnhof. Selbst Check-In funktionierte reibungslos. Würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

El checkin es muy tarde ( a las 15;00) y el checkout muy temprano (10:00)

Está muy alejado. Se tarda menos en coger el tren y dormir en Tasch que andar hasta este hotel... Además he ahorrarías mucho dinero.

La habitación es muy pequeña, una litera muy difícil de subir, y la litera de arriba muy pegada al techo.

A parte de la habitación el hotel no cuenta con apenas zonas comunes. Ni siquiera un baño fuera ( para poder entrar antes de hacer el check-in)

Ok for a night or two but pricey for what it offers
Pros:

- kettle, fridge and microwave available in the common room (complimentary tea, coffee was - to the best of my knowledge- not free, from a vending machine)
- a vending machine with some snacks, cup-a-soups and basics lie toothbrush, poncho, etc. - what a great idea!!!
- the room design was cool and had all one would need - with loads of shelves/storage space
- Denner (shop) nearby to get some supplies for dinner/breakfast (5 min walk)

Cons:

- there was a check out time discrepancy - on the form it said 10:30 but I was informed I need to leave by 10:00
- the room I stayed in had zero privacy - to be able to be comfortable I had to have the curtains pulled as directly opposite there were offices
- the location is bad - the street noisy with the little trucks and it feels like an industrial area - I know the price is cheaper because it is not in the centre of Zermatt but for 150 CHF per night for a solo traveller it seemed like excessively high price considering it is not located so nicely
- the above point also relates to - in my opinion - excessive price
- the shower is weird with a button but manageable - just have to keep pressing it if you need to for example wash your hair - I think it is a cool idea to save water though
- the pillows are absolutely terrible - slept on a rolled up towel instead
