Pros:

Facilité pour faire check in en autonomie.
Grande salle de bain.
Très propre et lits très confortables.
Très bonne isolation, on n'entend pas les autres usagers.

Cons:

Disappointing Stay
We were very disappointed with our stay. The room was very hot and stuffy, with no fan or air conditioning, and the lack of soundproofing meant we could hear trains, trucks, and noise from the nearby helipad. There were also lots of cars and trucks around. The hotel is not in the best location either, as it is about a 20-minute walk from the shops.

There was also no staff on-site and no one at reception at all times. On our first morning, we were woken up by loud music playing from the TV in the corridor at around 6:30–7:00 a.m. and had to turn it off ourselves. It seemed that the staff had turned it on without considering the volume or the fact that guests were sleeping.

The check-out experience was also unpleasant. At 10:02 a.m., while we were about to leave, the housekeeping lady opened our door without knocking and rudely asked us to leave. We kindly reminded her to knock before entering, but she simply said, “No problem,” and walked away without apologising.

Overall, the stay was disappointing. Better ventilation, staff availability, and customer service would have made a difference.

Instalaciones modernas. Dispone de una cocina compartida totalmente equipada. Hotel tranquilo. Habitación fiel a la descripción. Si volviera a Zermatt volvería a alojarme en el.

Está en las afueras, pero por el precio merece la pena breve paseo.

Un gran encert! Relació qualitat/preu immillorable!
Pros:

Tot! Les instal·lacions molt correctes, l’habitació (tot i ser la de lliteres) molt bé, nova i moderna i amb un bany ideal.
Que sigui self check-in és un encert també, ja que és rapidíssim (tu mateix et codifiques la clau).
Sí que és cert que està una mica apartat del centre, però només a 5min a peu -reals- de l’estació de tren, i realment val la pena “l’esforç”.

Self check-in and check-out was really easy - well done. Little fridge downstairs to store something small plus luggage storage was good. The small balcony was really great.

Cons:

Ask for a room NOT on the road side. It is very loud as all of the trucks (yes trucks) and other vehicles make a lot of noise that echoes between the buildings and is really loud. Can't leave the door open at night for fresh air.

Nice hotel
Pros:

Nice hotel, we had a small room with bunk beds, but it was functional, clean and we had everything we needed. There were locked closets on -2 floor, intended for skiing equipment, but we used it to store laptops and similar valuables. There is also a small kitchen with water kettle, tea bags, two small fridges and a microwave. Very nice.

Es kam eine Mitarbeiterin innert 10 Minuten vorbei, bezgülgich nicht funktionierendem Check-in.

Cons:

Alles auf Englisch. Die Unterkunft ist Schweiz, da sollte in erster Lknie alles auf Deutsch sein und als 2.te Sprache englisch.
Das check in funktionierte nicht.

Pros:

Easy self check-in, good value for money, and a convenient walking distance to the train stations. The balcony was also a nice touch, providing a pleasant space to relax, soak up the sun, and enjoy the view.

Cons:

The property is right by the road, so it can get quite noisy at night. The rooms are also very close together, and from the balcony you can hear and see guests in the neighbouring room. An opaque partition between the balconies would provide more privacy.

Der Preis für Zermatt ok, modernes Zimmer

Cons:

Weit weg, gegenüber vom Hubschrauberlandeplatz der Airzermatt, einchecken konnte nur mit Glück fertig gestellt werden, die Dusche klein und mit Duschvorhang obwohl genug Platz vorhanden gewesen wäre, Wasser kommt nur langsam oder mit Zeitbegrenzung in der Dusche, Balkontüre blieb nach Zimmerreinigung offen es hätte vom anderen Zimmer jemand rüber klettern können, Checkout bis 10 Uhr statt wie sonst üblich 11 Uhr, Unterkunft liegt mitten im vorörtlichen Industrieviertel von Zermatt.
