Fine for an overnight stay for us, but quite small for a longer trip.
Pros:

Room was very compact but had everything in it we needed.
View of the Matterhorn from the balcony was amazing day and night.

Cons:

Would have been nice to have tea&coffee in the room rather than having to go to the basement kitchen.

Cons:

Das Dachzimmer war sehr eng und das Bett unter der Dachschräge. Für grosse Menschen eher gefährlich. Für diesen Preis hätte ich mir ein Zimmer mit mehr Bewegungsfreiheit gewünscht.

Pros:

The cleaning staff were very friendly and very helpful. I get the whole self check-in / check out, but sometimes you really do just want to ask a question. Luggage store was great and easy to access.

Cons:

the price - i get Zermatt is a popular destination, but over £300 for a night for a really small room in a poor state of repair isn't my idea of value for money. The curtains were hanging off the rail and didn't close properly. The TV was hanging off the wall and i was too scared to even touch it in case it completely fell off and i was blamed. There's a huge stain on the bathroom floor. Street lighting is limited / next to non-existent, and as we arrived in the dark, it didn't feel the safest area. We had no issues, but didn't fill me with confidence.

Einfaches Check-In. Guter Skiraum

Cons:

Das Hotel war direkt an der Strasse. Leider ist Zermatt an diesem Breich noch nicht autofrei. Es war sehr laut.
