Enttäuschend: wir bekamen ein Bett mit kaputtem Lattenrost für CHF 131/Nacht.
Pros:

Die Lage ist tiptop und das Check-In über ein elektronisches Terminal war sehr unkompliziert. Das Badezimmer war gross und vom oberen Bett hatte man eine gute Aussicht auf das Matterhorn, wenn man sich streckte.

Cons:

Leider ist dies meine erste negative Review. Ca. 4 Latten des Lattenrosts meines Kollegen waren gebrochen. Dies hat das bequeme Schlafen verunmöglicht und wir mussten den Lattenrost ganz herausnehmen. Auf Nachfrage, ob man uns preislich entgegenkommen kann, wurde uns lediglich ein 10%-Rabatt-Gutschein für die nächste Buchung angeboten. Dies ist unserer Meinung nach eine absolute Frechheit, da uns für CHF 131/Nacht ein nicht funktionierendes, unbequemes Bett verkauft wurde. Der Gesamteindruck ist damit enttäuschend, zumal das Zimmer maximal klein und funktional war und für zwei Personen gerade genug Platz für zwei Rucksäcke und Schuhe vorhanden war. Wir werden nicht mehr bei Peaky Riders buchen, da der Kundenservice nicht einmal die eigenen Fehler eingestehen konnte.

Pros:

Comfortable and clean. Not noise during night.

Cons:

Be careful with your booking reservation and the self check-in as it can mix the first and last name.
Bed linen had some holes, but not problematic, must have got stuck on the washing machine or something.
The curtain was short, a ton of light entered the room.
The shower curtain was a mess and ton of water left the showering area, if you don’t put towel on the floor, it will be a mess. Don’t understand how can this happen…
Don’t count on the free toiletry, they’re there. But anyone can open and close the bottles, so it’s not hygienic/safe at all.
The towel had a strong chemical smell, but usable.
In the end, I would return, it wasn’t uncomfortable, just know what you’re going to!

Cons:

Non hanno inviato il codice per accedere via mail. Abbiamo telefonato al numero indicato ma non rispondeva più nessuno, erano le 20. Dopo 40 minuti finalmente una signora molto gentile ci ha risposto e ci ha fornito il codice. Alla fine siamo riusciti ad entrare in camera. La camera doppia minuscola, quella per 4 molto carina, entrambe perfettamente pulite. Bagni molto belli.

Alt i alt helt perfekt for vores behov, ude hele dagen og har et hyggeligt og komfortabelt sted at sove efter en lang da

Rent og fint. Skønt med balkon og behagelige senge.

Cons:

Der blev meget varmt om natten og støjen fra togtrafikken gjorde det var vanskeligt at have døren ud til balkonen åben. Gardinerne var lidt for små til vinduerne😅 men det var det mindste problem. Booker klart igen samme sted næste gang jeg skal til Zermatt!

Die Lage am Ortsrand mit Industriegebiet Karakter und dadurch einhergehendem Verkehrslärm war nicht so toll. Aber führ eine Übernachtung gerade so erträglich.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt wegen Zermatt unplugged;)
Pros:

Ich habe nach einem anderen Zimmer gefragt und ich habe wirklich eine ehrliche und freundliche Antwort auf meine Anfrage erhalten.
Wir haben trotzallem gut geschlafen:)
Gute Matratzen, aber das Hochbett hätte nicht sollen sein!:(

Cons:

Das Hochbett habe ich nicht so reserviert, sondern ein normales Zimmer mit zwei Betten(Doppelbett)

Cons:

THE SEWAGE SMELL of the toilet is VERY BAD.
I did not bother to change rooms but the smell hits you everytime you open the toilet.
