Pros:

This place was situated in a very good location. Cloae to shops and restaurants. The staff were so friendly and very helpful especially since it was our first time in Vietnam and we didnt know the language very well.

Good hotek with lovely staff
Pros:

This is a lovely little hotel with the friendliest nicest team working there from reception to security to cleaners.
The shower was good , the room large and bed comfy enough. We booked lats minute as another apartment let us down and were genuinely surprised how nice this was for the price.

Cons:

It is a bit further out of the main area, but for the price a gem.

Pros:

Nous avons apprécié la propreté de l'hôtel, la gentillesse du personnel de l'hôtel. Le bon rapport qualité /prix. Le quartier, le calme, le décor des chambres, les restaurants dans les alentours.

Cons:

C'est juste un petit peu éloigné du centre ville mais avec le taxi, c'est gérable.

Great Hotel away from city
Pros:

Great small hotel. Lovely staff.
Clean and spacious.
The location was perfect for us. Good places to eat evening meal and breakfasts.
Quite district away from busy city. Easy to get into the city by grab taxi.

Would be a 10/10 but the review would not be believed.
Pros:

Very, very good hotel. Spacious, comfortable rooms, well equipped, comfortable bed. Unpretentious, friendly and efficient staff. Excellent housekeeping. Prompt laundry service.

Cons:

The hotel is perhaps 4 miles from the city centre, in a pleasant and safe suburb, with cafes, restaurants and shops. A Grab ride of 90 to 100, 000 vnd to the Opera House. No marks deducted for location; if it were more central it would be more expensive.

Friendly and comfortable hotel.
Pros:

The rooms were comfortable and clean and seem to have been updated relatively recently. The service was lovely.

Cons:

Not really any negatives but it was a bit too far away from district 1 for the frequent but cheap taxis that we had to take.
