Excellent accommodation. Would recommend for anyone who wants that little bit extra independence.
Pros:

Great location next to a metro and a JR train station. Lots of restaurants and shops in the area and very close to the big retailers in Namba. Friendly staff who helped us when we needed it. We had a kitchenette so breakfast not provided. Very happy with the accommodation, cleaning staff and front desk. Everything worked perfectly and entrance was a digital code, very practical. I would recommend for any guests who want some independence from a hotel. Internet worked well plus a bath, shower which transformed brilliantly into a drying unit for your clothes after washing them in the washing machine, also provided with 2 complementary washed, but sure they would have offered more if asked.

Cons:

Could have had a few more kitchen utensils and a bigger fridge, but these are only really minor details.

Good centrally located hotel.
Pros:

Spacious room and all basic amenities were there. Easy to check in (automated) and good central location with a metro line just a few meters away.

Cons:

If you're a light sleeper, train tracks are quite nearby and earplugs are provided. There is no daily room cleaning and bathroom condition was not perfect.

Good stay overall
Pros:

Location is 30 seconds walk from the Sennichimae Line (exit 4, elevator). Also a short 5 min walk to the JR line (Tsuruhashi station). Family mart, Lawson, 7-11 all just a couple of minutes’ walk. Good location. Room was clean and spacious enough for our large suitcases. Nice hot water during shower, excellent shower pressure. We appreciated the fact that the hotel also provided laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent and bodywash/shampoo/soap. Special shoutout to the amazing cleaners who topped up everything and did an exceptional job making up the room. Check in and check out was super easy and simple. The hotel also provided a small amenity kit for our 5yo and it was super cute (bedroom slippers, toothbrush, body sponge).

Cons:

Our room had everything except a dining table, which was surprising and also inconvenient. We had to eat our meals sitting on the floor.

Pros:

Clean and space is big for a family of 4 with 4 big luggages and extra hand carries. Washing machine, bathroom with dryer, and a kitchen are heaven sent. Definitely will be back here.
A minute walk to a train station in a big factor too!

Spacious rooms near Tsuruhashi station
Pros:

Spacious room and good location. Hotel is 7 to 10 min walk from Tsuruhashi station depending on the exit.
The beds are comfortable. Convenient store (Lawson) is nearby. A few breakfast joints are nearby as well.
Has all the required facilities - kitchen, washing m/c, air conditioner, kettle, fridge and cloth dryer in balcony.
Rooms have good space overall.

Cons:

While the rooms have good space, overall furniture surface area where you can keep things are limited. A dining table or chest of drawer will help.

Good location. Near with Tsuruhashi Station both JR and Metro.
Pros:

Pajamas and washing machine were provided. Easy check in. The hotel can receive luggages delivery on the day of check-in.

Cons:

Can't send luggages from the lobby. You need to arrange it by yourself.
