住宿期間樓上時常半夜吵雜震動，向客服反應皆有協助處理。

It was great and we enjoy the place
Pros:

Our 4 nights stay was really comfortable. Lots of space for the 4 of us. Close to the Tsuruhashi Station lots of convinience store around. And the place was really clean.

Cons:

No dining table and chair for us to eat.

Comfortable Stay
Pros:

We stayed in 2 rooms as a large group of 8 and found the space very spacious and functional. Beds were very comfortable, washer/dryer setup was great and dried our clothes overnight. Property was very clean, great location near lots of food and convenience stores and conveniently located near train stations. Did not get a chance to use the self storage luggage area, but was great to have the option. Check in and check out were easy despite not having front staff.

Cons:

Sofa bed was a little hard but they had bedding for it in a big zippered bag.

Pros:

部屋が広くゆったりと使用する事が出来ました。
鶴橋駅からのアクセスも最高です。

Cons:

10時チェックアウトなので、朝ゆっくりする事は出来ません。
追加費用を支払うことでチェックアウト時間を延長する事が出来るようです。
