Pros:

La localisation, l'accessibilité de l'hôtel, le confort de la literie, le design de la chambre, l'accueil et la gentillesse de Giovanna.

Cons:

Un peu bruyant le soir tard et même un peu la nuit en raison des restaurants et bars dans la rue au pied de l'hôtel.
Petite remarque concernant les petits déjeuners; du fait qu'ils sont livrés et pris en chambre, une table type bistrot et 2 chaises seraient appréciables afin d'être confortablement installés pour les consommer.

colazione servita in camera puntualmente all'ora richiesta. anche il letto King size era comodissimo.

A relaxing stay and great base to explore Lisbon.
Pros:

Great location, very comfortable. After a long travel day this was the perfect place to rest. The room is huge, bed and pillows are comfortable, and the black out curtains are a huge plus! And considering it’s proximity to pink street, it was SO quiet.

Cons:

Check in was a bit tough to figure out because the reception is in a separate building, and we did not have an international cell phone plan and were reliant on wifi, so it was a bit tough to communicate. But once we did, everything flowed smoothly, And they stored our bags and got us an early check in!

Great stay in the heart of Lisbon.
Pros:

Extremely well located property. The room is big and bright and the bed is extra large and comfy. There's ample room for clothes' storage if needed and everything was very clean.

Idéalement placé tout en étant silencieux
Pros:

La location est idéale, juste à côté de la pink street, pas très loin du Bairro Alto et l'insonoriasation des fenêtres est géniale. La chambre est grande, les WC sont séparés de la douche, le lit est confortable, une bouteille d'eau est offerte

Cons:

l'éclairage de la salle de bain n'est pas idéal pour se maquiller (mais soyons clair, si c'est le seul problème, c'est que c'est parfait !)

L'appartement est très bien, très grand, lumineux, propre et confortable. C'est situé à côté d'un lieu très fréquenté par des touristes et il n'y avait aucun bruit qui aurait gêné notre tranquillité un samedi soir.

Quarto exatamente como na foto, super confortável. Ao usar o secador, o mesmo não funcionava e, ao pedir troca, o fizeram em minutos. Tem elevador, o que é excelente e a localização é ótima!Gostei bastante e recomendo

A recepção é em um outro local, em um bar. Acho que na chegada, ter alguém no próprio local, uma recepção lá, seria um adendo bacana!

Ottima posizione vicino alla metropolitana, al mare ed agli altri servizi. Il letto molto comodo. La pulizia ok. Hanno cercato di mantenere lo stile originale della casa. La doccia molto buona. Personale disponibile.

Cons:

Di notte: fine settimana, ragazzi giovani, forse ubriachi, facevano rumore (urla, schiamazzi). E’ vicino ai locali della movida. Altrimenti molto tranquilla. Il lavandino in bagno era un po’ troppo piccolo.

Great location, however noisy, so if you want to keep the window open and sleep - mission impossible. Kind staff upon check in.

Cons:

The place is not clean, and it’s not about the cleaning staff. not doing their job. It is the smell in the shower, corridors, elevator, and staircase, most probably coming from the carpet. The shower does not have enough ventilation which causes little stains of mold to appear in the silicone. The walls are dirty, because of the furniture, which could be better thought through.

There are many finishings that could have been done better. The tap part was moving, the wholes in the wall were drilled incorrectly, which makes the place as if someone did not put enough effort and wanted to rent it out fast.

The second entrance to the building has plaster peeling off the wall in multiple places, not making it too nice to use.

Definitely not worth it, for the price you have to pay.

Pros:

Such a comfortable, funky place to stay. We really enjoyed the location, the spacious, modern apartment. It was very close to pink street but we could not hear any noise through the balcony windows. Lots of great restaurants nearby and easy access to everything.

Cons:

The shower pressure was a bit strange and hard to regulate. A washing machine would have been useful.
