Localização sensacional!!
Pros:

Localização sensacional, do lado da rua rosa e apartamento silencioso.

Cons:

A falta de informação sobre o apartamento, tinha as latas de lixo e não tinha informação. O forno não conseguimos ligar.

Si tienes sueño ligero no te hospedes aquí.
Pros:

La ubicación es buena y la limpieza de la habitación.

Cons:

El ruido era tanto que a pesar de usar tapones para los oídos ambos con mi pareja nos despertamos al menos 4 veces. Si tienes el sueño levemente ligero no te hospedes aquí. Estábamos en la 3era planta y escuchábamos el ruido de los coches pasar además de música de lo vecinos.

Good value after all
Pros:

Great location if you don't mind a bit of walking.
Spacious room, lots of light.

Cons:

No reception, makes it a bit difficult to access, need to phone for someone to come over to give you entry cards. Had some problem with the cards, so had to call again. No place to store luggage except 5 minutes walk away. No closets, just open hangers. Showers take about 5 minutes to run hot. Couldn't get heating controls to work. Should have had a coffee maker.

Pros:

Perfecte ligging

Cons:

Ontbijt wordt in een picknick mand (beperkte keuze dus!) op de kamer gebracht, maar er is geen tafel waar je aan kan zitten... dan maar eten op bed en alles vol kruimels.
Housekeeping is ook niet langs geweest, zelfs de bedden werden niet opgemaakt!

Sehr schönes Appartement - super Lage
Pros:

Wir hatten das Doppelzimmer mit Balkon im 6. Stock gebucht. Als wir abends in das Zimmer kamen, war es nicht gereinigt worden. Per WhatsApp setzten wir uns mit dem Vermieter in Verbindung und innerhalb von 5 Minuten kam jemand. Wir durften stattdessen dann im Appartement nebenan unseren Aufenthalt verbringen, worüber wir uns sehr gefreut haben. Da wir nun auch eine Küchenzeile und einen Esstisch hatten, konnten wir prima unser Frühstück selbst machen. Wir genossen auch die Ruhe und den wunderbaren Ausblick vom Balkon.
Das Appartement ist sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet.
Die Lage insgesamt ist super! Wir würden es auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Cons:

Einmal war abends der Fahrstuhl ausgefallen und wir mussten zu Fuß in den 6. Stock klettern. Aber es wurde sich sofort um das Problem gekümmert. Am nächsten Tag fuhr er wieder.

A small, modern apart-hotel. Modern, good location
Pros:

Very nice studio room with plenty of space.

Cons:

It is not a “hotel.” No onsite staff and security is dependent on guests choosing to close doors that are accessible from the street. I found them open multiple times. Rooms are high tech which is great if you are comfortable using these things.
