Cons:

Az erkély koszos és pókhálós volt.
A wc-ben nagyon büdös csatorna szag volt.
A mosdó eléggé vízköves, a tükrök nem voltak lepucolva.

Csendes, nyugodt környezetben, hangulatos, tiszta hotel. A személyzet kedves, segítőkész. A wellness nagyon jó, és a csónakbérlést is kihasználtuk, remek élmény. Az étteremben finom, választékos ételeket kínálnak.

Személyzet kedves volt.

Cons:

Szerettem volna páromnak születésnapjára bekészíttetni pezsgőt/lufit/virágszirmot amit előre leegyeztettem (e-mail és telefon!) és azt mondták, hogy természetesen megoldható. A lufi az aktuális bolti áron(lesz bizonylat) lesz távozáskor kell majd ezeket fizetni.
Amikor odaértünk és beléptünk csalódottan láttam, hogy ebből semmi nem valósult meg. Amikor odamentem a recepcióra (egy nagyon fiatal lány volt ott) elmondtam és mutattam is az e-mailt is és annyit mondott, hogy nekik nem szóltak. Amit el is tudok hinni, de ezután se egy 'sajnálom, elnézést,esetleg kárpótolhatjuk-e valamivel' semmi nem hangzott el.
Nagyon vártam az egész ott létet, de emiatt sajnos csalódottan távoztam.
