Good location, friendly staffs

If you are planning to use the hotel only for sleeping then it's fine as a base. The rooms need updating and shower rooms definitely need renovating. I can't fault the staff at all, they were the best thing about the hotel and made the stay bearable. The hotel is walking distance to Pratunam market, night market, Platinum, Decembers Market.

We had high hopes for our stay, especially based on the photos and descriptions online, but unfortunately, the reality didn’t match the expectations.

While the staff were truly lovely and very polite, the condition of the room was disappointing — very tired and in definite need of refreshing. We understand that photos can sometimes be outdated, but this felt quite misleading.

The biggest concern for us, however, was safety. We arrived close to 10pm and were greeted by a group of about five men sitting around the entrance smoking and chatting. One of them tried to take hold of our son’s girlfriend’s suitcase, I’m sure with intentions to “help” — but notably, it was only hers — which immediately made us uncomfortable. The next morning, the same group was again there, again just lingering outside the entrance. They didn’t appear to be hotel guests, and the whole situation made both my wife and our son’s girlfriend feel very uneasy.

While the location was a choice we made, the lack of a secure and welcoming environment was the deciding factor in us leaving. We had booked for 11 nights but chose to leave after just one night. The receptionist was very apologetic and kindly offered a room on Level 6, but it was concerning to us that better rooms were available only after raising issues.

This was simply not the experience we hoped for, and I would recommend others consider this carefully — particularly those travelling with family or young women.

Everything was great staff was so nice and rooms were very clean. Loacted on a busy street but still easy to find a grab to take you places!

Excellent service. AGM Mr. Chunn was very efficient, dependable, helpful and goes above and beyond his duties. All other staff like Lindsey and Ismael are efficient and helpful as well. Room is clean and bed is comfortable. Hotel is near the night street market shopping area. With rows of massage providers to choose from. Highly recommended. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

思っていた以上に綺麗でしたが、シャワーを浴びるとトイレの方まで水が飛んでしまいます。
スタッフの対応も非常に良く、部屋のクリーニングも丁寧でした。

Cleanliness is not too good but still acceptable. Housekeeping vacuum sound from other room woke me up. Sound proof not good. Hotel should have bowl & plates to borrow in case needed. Lastly, location is convenient and walking distance to Platinum mall.

Friendly and helpful staff. The beds are comfy and the A/C is running well and cool.
We like the daily complimentary four bottles of water, snacks and welcome drink coupons at the cutest coffee shop on the second floor. Thank you so much .

Got 2 rooms and hotel gave adjoining rooms. Rooms were small but comfy. There were windows in the rooms but view was the building next door. Location is good because it's only. 10 min walk to platinum fashion mall and also 10 mins walk to BTS Phaya Thai station. Room cleaning was also good.

The main problem is the thin walls of the room. Voices of the next door people can be clearly heard and unfortunately for us, our next door neighbor were noisy even at 3 am. Streets around the hotel are also very narrow but still 2 way streets and no side walks so it's dangerous to walk.

Best stay in Bangkok. Near great eateries and near everything we wanted to experience. Great value and lots of water and chips every day!!! Hahahaha. Unreal!! A must hotel!!!

Staff is very nice, cleanliness of the room is very good. Nearby got 7-11 and many massage shop

The location is great and convenient and near to many massages and the morning market. Staff were all so friendly. Room is clean. The only thing that I didn't like was the toilet was a little small that the whole floor will get wet easily and not enough hooks to hang the clothes in the toilet. But this is a minor problem and won't stop me from booking again.

2eme passage pour notre couple a l'hôtel city park.
Hébergement de grande qualité, très bien placé et a proximité des transports, du marché de pratunam et des Mall pr le shopping. Les monuments historiques sont également facilement accessible via le Skytrain et le MRT, ou encore les tuk-tuk.

Le personnel est aussi très agréable et serviable.

Le quartier est très sur, bien que beaucoup de circulation ds la rue principale, mais bon "bienvenue à Bangkok", c'est le cas dans toute la ville.

Super expérience, nous reviendrons.

Nous avons séjourné 3 jours à l'hôtel. Le personnel est accueillant et parle parfaitement anglais.

La chambre était impeccable ! Propre et spacieuse. La douche parfaitement équipée.

L'hôtel est extrêmement bien situé. Le skytrain est a qq minutes (idéal lorsque vs êtes de passage avant de partir sur une île), le métro également.

Les tuk tuk sont aux pieds de l'hôtel et vs pourrez négocier le prix pr vous rendre aux différents endroit de la ville (200 bath pr kao san road et le quartier historique).

Un petit marché ambulant est également ds le secteur et vs trouvez de tous. Ne pas se fier à l'agitation du coin, nous sommes en asie. Cela grouille de monde et d'activité mais c'est parfaitement sécur.

Le rapport qualité prix est idéal pr un séjour de qq nuits.Vous ne serez pas dessus. Une vraie bonne adresse.
