Albergo situato in un posto strategico a 15 minuti dall'aeroporto di Bangkok. Struttura pulita.

La posizione, la pulizia, la cena.

Cons:

La colazione potrebbe essere migliorata sotto il profilo della varietà, in particolare con l’aggiunta di prodotti più vicini alle abitudini mediterranee, come yogurt, più frutta e crema spalmabile al cioccolato, apprezzati soprattutto dai bambini. L’offerta attuale mi è sembrata maggiormente orientata a gusti asiatici o nord europei.

Durante il soggiorno si è inoltre verificato un problema con il condizionatore. L’hotel è stato disponibile nel propormi un cambio di camera, soluzione che ho apprezzato, anche se ha comportato il disagio di dover riporre e trasferire nuovamente tutti gli effetti personali già sistemati, compresa una bottiglia d’acqua già aperta.

Al momento del trasferimento, mi è stata consegnata una bottiglia che avevo aperto nella precedente stanza nella nuova stanza e ritirata quella chiusa dalla nuova. Al check-out mi è stato inizialmente addebitato il costo della bottiglia, pari a circa
25 baht. Dopo aver spiegato la situazione e il disagio subito per il cambio di stanza, il personale ha compreso le mie ragioni, ha eliminato l’addebito e ha inoltre offerto il transfer per l’aeroporto, del valore di circa 300 baht.

Ho quindi apprezzato la disponibilità e la correttezza dimostrate dal personale nel trovare una soluzione, pur ritenendo che sarebbe stato preferibile evitare fin dall’inizio l’addebito, considerate le circostanze.
