Great pool, loved the room and staff

Venligt personale. Visse dage lugtede der af kloak i rummet, da de havde problemer med deres afløb. Hotellet var ret slidt, dog pænt rengjort på rummet. Der var ingen bar på hotellet, blot et køleskab man kunne handle sodavand i. Området omkring var fyldt med skrald. Det lidt udenfor byen men der er dejligt stille

The mattress was very firm but still supportive. I did have good sleep. Also, the pool was good to cool down the body in a hot afternoon. Otherwise, the hotel walls were not very sound proof and also some residents were extremely inconsiderate at night. I heard couples' violent fight, friends' loud argument, drunk guys' loud music. No one from the hotel service provided any intervention. To one point at one night, I almost called local police if someone's fight/argument would have continued. Also, be mindful that there is about a 15 minutes walk from the main streets and there's no pedestrian on either side of the narrow road leading to the main streets.

The cup for coffee is stained with lipstick mark and the glass for washing mouth was not sanitised. The fridge was constantly have loud noise and you can hear people banging and walking. Moreover, there was frequent power trip and there wasn’t any water running from the tap this morning when I wanted to take a shower.

Nice place, clean room.Easy walking distance to beach.

Daglig renhold, to flasker vann og påfyll av kaffepulver. Oppreing av seng. OK
Fin utsikt innover i landet fra 7. etasje . Ikke sol på balkongen var et pluss. Men Badet lukter kloakk. For å fjerne det må man fylle sluket ved wc med vann daglig. Evt også litt matolje.
Første natt kom det oljeblandet vann fra fancoilen som ødela den lyse stetsonhatten jeg hadde lagt på bordet under. Resepsjonen kommenterte bare at den ikke kunne rengjøres.
Ingen møbler på ballongen tross at de fleste andre hadde 2 stoler og er bord. Ba de fikse det 4 ganger, men fikk aldri dette. skal du sitte på balkongen anbefaler jeg å henge håndkle så du okke får luften fra itedel fancoil på deg.
Ingen servering av ol eller annen alkohol var en liten nedtur. Hadde sett fram til en øl ved bassenget. Underlig planløsning med bønnerom med gulv til tak glassvegg utsikt til bassenget.
Beliggenhet 10-15 minutter gange til night marked. Ekstra 5 til stranden. Anbefaler å prøve andre strender om du liker stillhet. Hovedutfartssted for øyer og andre strender.

This is a great hotel and the staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious with great facilities and the pool is a good size and well maintained.
The only downfall is that it is located quite a distance from the main restaurants and beach.

Parking Space is limited and bit congested

This property definitely needs some up keeping as it is old and dated. It is close to the center by foot and 2 beaches. No sidewalks on road to walk up to center therefore be vigilant for oncoming traffic and speeding bike. Very ordinary breakfast buffet, cold food in warmers and not replenished if arrived to eat after 8:30am. Staff very kind and friendly. The best part of this hotel is the housekeeping team as the kept the room clean and spotless everyday. Always replenished with fresh water bottles.

Nice views from the top floor balcony, the included breakfast had good variety and tasted great aswell. Overall was a nice chill place to stay and only a 5 minute taxi trip to the main areas of AO-Nang beach

Clean

Our first night here was on the ground floor with the scooter parking lot just outside our patio. When I asked to have a different room for the next two nights, we were given a suite in the other building on the fifth floor, which really was spectacular. We were grateful for the responsiveness of the staff, especially Nina.

The property was well maintained and the staff were polite and helpful. The property was located slightly back so not overly busy which was nice

To far out never cleaned our rooms… loved the chickens and cats all around

My room was well equipped, the balcony setting was serene and the staff, well i loved the staff.

Very nice hotel, quiet, clean, large spacious modern room and friendly staff.
