Pros: friendly staff and great location.

Cons: bathroom was moudly. Lots of noise from stairwell. The door to our room had a large frosted glass panel so it was very bright in our room overnight (we couldn't switch off the hallway light).

After reading the reviews we booked this hotel thinking it was similar to others in Saigon. I am surprised this is a 3 star. It was clean enough, but the stairwell up to the room was a bit shady, and the room door wouldnt open
When we entered, it was just a white pained room with a bed. The bathroom also was very primitive as well. The water didn't work at first. The keycard in the door also didn't work at first. They were pleasant to come and fix. The bed did have a new mattress which was clean. The Spa attached to the hotel goes late into the night? Overall it was a clean enough place to lay down, but I would not say its a 3 star.

Pros:

Hotel was in an excellent location in the heart of the old quarter. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. They offered to clean the room each day and arranged our trip to Halong bay.
Would definitely recommend staying here.
