Důrazně varuji před praktikami tohoto ubytování. O tom, že na lodi probíhají v pátek a v sobotu hlučné noční akce až do rána, se před rezervací nikde nedočtete. Upozornění Vám dorazí e-mailem až ve chvíli, kdy máte pobyt zaplacený. Pokud chcete vzápětí rezervaci zrušit kvůli hluku, narazíte na storno poplatky, takže peníze propadnou. Tento postup je vyloženě účelový a neférový. Kvalita služeb navíc neodpovídá ceně. Snídaně je holý základ, dostanete pouze obyčejné pečivo s vejcem a přesně odměřený příděl nápojů – jeden čaj nebo kávu a jeden džus. Cokoliv dalšího si musíte na místě dokoupit. K tomu se přidává zjevný organizační chaos. Předem jsem si objednal a rovnou připlatil za apartmán. Od druhého dne jsem však začal dostávat zprávy od managementu o tom, že mi jako projev dobré vůle zdarma změnili standardní pokoj na apartmán. Pan manažer zjevně neví, co si hosté reálně zakoupili a zaplatili. Sem už nikdy více, tento podnik nemohu s čistým svědomím doporučit nikomu.

I strongly warn against the practices of this accommodation. Prior to booking, there is no mention that loud night parties take place on the boat on Fridays and Saturdays until the early morning hours. A notification email arrives only after you have already paid for your stay. If you try to cancel the reservation immediately because of the expected noise, you are hit with cancellation fees, meaning your money is forfeited. This approach is clearly calculated and unfair. Furthermore, the quality of the services does not reflect the price. Breakfast is the bare minimum; you receive only a basic pastry with an egg and a strictly measured allowance of drinks – one tea or coffee and one juice. Anything extra must be purchased on site. On top of that, there is evident organizational chaos. I booked and paid extra for an apartment in advance. However, starting from the second day, I received messages from management claiming they had upgraded my standard room to an apartment for free as a gesture of goodwill

Am fost la jumatatea lui Februarie, intr-o perioada foarte friguroasa, a si nins, iar caldura a cam lipsit. Am dat la maxim aerul conditionat insa nu parea ca face fata. Nu a fost atat de groaznic, caci ne-am imbracat bine si am avut pături in plus, dar a creat putin disconfort. Presupun ca nu este mare tragedie, doarece locatia e potrivita mai mult pentru primavara/vara.
