Pretty central, with amenities nearby.

Great unit. Very small, but ideal. Complete little kitchen. The gym onsite is not bad for a quick workout, and you’re given access to a full gym nearby that has everything.

Das einzige war, dass in der Woche eine Baustelle neben dem Hotel war und es morgens schon laut war.
Sonst hätte ich 5 Sterne gegeben. 👍

I liked the location, the energy of the Bob concept, the attention to detail. However, the apartment, though it had everything, felt a bit full (I think a table that could collapse would for example save a bit of space). Also, the bed and pillow were not optimal.

I have mixed feelings about this Bob W location as it was so different than our past experience at the chain. It looks like there are several Bob W units in the building that also include other types of rental. As such, there is no community feel and the shared room is a basement locker with limited supply. The location is not as central as we had expected and it doesn’t feel like you are in a neighborhood, but it a short walk to everything and the tram passes right in front. The unit was roomy with good WiFi. The flooding washroom had a strong musky smell. The unit we stayed in was on the first floor and didn’t have a/c but we were able to obtain fans to cool it down as the temperature was very warm during our stay. Bob W’s chat service was helpful.

The ceiling of the bedroom is 5ft 6in. I am average height at 5ft 9in and have to stoop. This property is unfit for adult occupation and should never have been listed.

The stairs are steep with only one rail and no anti slip strips.

The kitchen needs maintenance, and there is no microwave, just a hob and kettle.

The building itself is lovely, but with a bedroom you can't stand up in, that's irrelevant.

Väldigt smidigt alltihopa! Går att kontakta värden och få svar på sin fråga/hjälp väldigt snabbt. Fanns ett utrustat kök, även salt/peppar och olja! Fanns kaffe till frukost också! Modernt inrett och fräscht. Även ett bra läge med hållplats precis utanför.

Wonderful, boutique style apartment with lots of charm and quirk! It felt right at home and holiday at the same time :)

Even though there was no one on-site, all the instructions were very clear. Check-in was super easy, and the location is great. There were also lots of thoughtful little gifts, including an instant camera, which my child really enjoyed. Overall, the stay was a great experience and excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

Number one complaint would be the entry door slamming every time someone walks in all night long them not being able to change rooms when requested.
Washers and dryers not fully functioning. This was confirmed by snow resident and a member of the cleaning staff.

In addition I hope you like dated and beat up ikea everything.
Stained chair, laminate peeling on the dresser, shower backs up all over the floor, shower grout is yellow from the constant water, dirty water bottles, fake plants that are also dirty, tacky uneven pictures on the wall, beat up dining table, beat up floor trim, bathroom smells moldy, missing light bulbs.

Very cool building and apartment. Communication was excellent with fast response times.

It was a spacious apartment and not included charging adapters and cables and a very nice polaroid camera and a smart TV.

I got a very bad impression about the onwer of the apartment - I paid the full amount in advance but he charged additionally € 36 for 4x breakfasts which I never booked and consumed - a refund would not possible because it lays in the past (??) he mailed me. That is very unserious buisness.

A small studio near to the city center. A great platform to check in and get all information. An amazing breakfast at the cafe next by. Overall a great experience

Excellent city centre mini-apart hotel

Great hotel alternative centrally based, convenient location and super helpful customer service, highly recommend.

Room was good but ridiculously small shower not good. We accidentally went to the wrong room on check-in but our code worked on that as well! Someone else’s bags in there. This is a security risk but no one was interested. Appalling.
Also constantly bombarded with email etc - irritating and unnecessary. Won’t use you again.
