Cons:

Outside the hotel it was quite noisy at night as immigrants gather there. But we know the hotel have no control over the sitution. The hotel has good security measures in place and we felt safe.

Cons:

Small loft room with restricted head height. I paid £220 a night for a standard room but believe I was allocated a small/economy room. The photos on the Bookings.com site did not reflect the room I was allocated.
Additionally there were no tea and coffee making facilities in room.

Perfect value for money, great location and very stylish room!
Pros:

The room was perfect, very cosy bed and remarkable facilities. The staff were also very pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

There was a little bit of noise from other guests one morning - but is expected in a hotel over a weekend.

Pros:

Besonders hervorzuheben ist die hervorragende zentrale Lage des Hotels direkt am Rossio-Platz. Zahlreiche Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Cafés sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, sodass sich das Hotel hervorragend als Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung Lissabons eignet.

Die Zimmer waren sauber und gepflegt. Auch das Frühstück hat mir gefallen. Die Auswahl war zwar überschaubar, dafür aber gut und vollkommen ausreichend. Insgesamt waren insbesondere die Lage, die Sauberkeit und das Frühstück positiv.

Cons:

Die zentrale Lage des Hotels ist zwar praktisch, bringt jedoch erhebliche Nachteile mit sich. Besonders abends und nachts war es auf dem Platz vor dem Hotel teilweise sehr laut. Während meines Aufenthalts kam es draußen sogar zu körperlichen Auseinandersetzungen. Zudem hielten sich dort sowohl tagsüber als auch nachts zahlreiche obdachlose und offenbar drogenabhängige Menschen auf. Teilweise wurde ich auch bedrängt!


Besonders enttäuschend fand ich, dass man bei einem Blick aus dem Hotelfenster direkt mit diesen Zuständen konfrontiert wurde. Angesichts des Übernachtungspreises hatte ich mir ein angenehmeres und vor allem ruhigeres Umfeld erhofft. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis empfand ich daher als nicht angemessen.

Das Personal war grundsätzlich freundlich, allerdings teilweise unaufmerksam. Obwohl ich bereits mehrfach Kontakt mit den Mitarbeitern hatte, wurde ich beispielsweise immer wieder nach meiner Zimmernummer gefragt. Hier hätte ich mir einen aufmerksameren und persönlicheren Service gewünscht.

Insgesamt hat das Hotel durchaus seine positiven Seiten, insbesondere die Sauberkeit und das Frühstück. Die erhebliche Lärmbelästigung, das teilweise unangenehme Sicherheitsgefühl in der unmittelbaren Umgebung und die Schwächen beim Service haben meinen Aufenthalt jedoch deutlich beeinträchtigt.
