Hubo un error en la reservación y nos asignaron una habitación que no correspondía, por lo tanto nos pasaron a otra que tenía un desperfecto en el aire acondicionado y votaba el agua hacia adentro de la habitación, de manera que tuvimos que pasarnos a una tercera habitación en una sola noche. Las camas estaban pegadas a la pared, lo cual nos parece horrible para descansar, da una impresión de hacinamiento, además los colchones eran extremadamente suaves, no permitían el descanso confortable. El desayuno con bastantes elementos, pero todos en la misma línea, lleno de carbohidratos y grasa. Muy baja oferta de frutas y de proteína de calidad. La atención en todo momento fue muy buena, el personal realmente refleja preocupación porque la estadía se agradable.

I stayed for one night and it was definitely worth it. The hotel has beautiful facilities and great amenities. It's conveniently located—just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and bars. Overall, it's a very nice hotel, and I would definitely come back.

The breakfast was delicious, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. However, if I were to provide any feedback, it would be about the bathroom design. It's completely open, and you can see everything from the bed. Adding doors or some form of privacy would really improve the experience. Also, the pool had a strong chlorine smell, which could be toned down a bit.

Despite those small issues, I really enjoyed my stay!

Este hotel nos gusta mucho para vacacionar en familia, tiene lo necesario para pasar un rato agradable, sin embargo dado que lo he visitado mas de 3 veces en el pasado puedo decir que han descuidado un poco la limpieza profunda en las habitaciones, las paredes del baño se ven un poco sucias, el desayuno no fue tan rico como la ultima vez y finalmente salir del parqueo nos costo bastante tiempo porque otro huésped estaciono su auto bloqueando el nuestro.

This was such a great choice for our stay in Puerto Viejo. The staff was very nice and accommodating, clean rooms, comfortable beds and close to town & ocean. I would stay here again.

The facility is very welcoming, suround with flowers. The pool in the middle, awesome. The rooms spacious very clean. Breakfast it is include it. Walking distance from the main street. Shops and market. I felt in live with the place.

The property was absolutely amazing! The entire staff was equally amazing! The food was phenomenal! I was so impressed with our stay! Great walking distance to the restaurants, shops, and beaches. It was such an enjoyable stay in Puerto Viejo Costa Rica! Nothing but great things to say about Olinca! Oh and the margaritas were great too!

We are a family of 4. We wanted to be walking distance to town and in a quiet clean place. Olinca exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed the pool and stayed in a room with a kitchen so we could prepare food conveniently for the kids. It was perfect. Staff were very warm and fun.
