We absolutely loved staying here. Very good hospitality. The reception greets us everyday with a welcoming smile. Clean rooms and great view.

The staff was friendly and the rooms were great with views of the river, recommend staying here when visiting Istanbul . Really good value for money

Union Hotel is a Karakoyi hotel that I recommend a lot! It had a good view of the beach. It had a good view of the sunset. It was good to ask questions because there was a reception on the first floor, and it was good to have a warm tea and coffee refreshments. The hotel was neat and spacious, and it was a perfect venue for two to relax. It is located in Karakoyi, so it is good to look around nearby and there is a famous mackerel kebab restaurant nearby too :)

About15-20 min to Galata tower. Balanced price with distance. Downstairs there is a restaurant for breakfast. Traditional Turkish style breakfast energize for entire day to walk around Istanbul. Sea view room well worth each penny, Sea, birds, ancient mosques .

My overall experience was amazing. all staff are very nice. The room was clean. I will recomend to book superior room for better view.Standard room has no view. Easy to access the nearby bus stop. Walk to galata tower 7 mints.
The bed is very soft if you like the soft.

I had a very pleasant 3-day stay at Union Hotel Karaköy. During my stay, I fell sick and the staff were incredibly kind and supportive—they helped me with tea and essential items, which truly meant a lot and made me feel cared for away from home.

The hospitality was warm, thoughtful, and genuine. The room was comfortable, the location is walkable to trams, and overall the experience was peaceful and positive. I’m truly grateful to the staff for their kindness and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. Our room is facing the beautiful mosques and when the lights are on in the evening, it feels like a fairytale. Light breakfast was served even though we didn’t book anything. The location is close to a lot of seafood restaurants which are highly recommended. I would definitely recommend the place to anyone travelling to Istanbul the first time.
