Breakfast Buffet and Packet for family lunch was amazing! Rooms were spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool was ok but cold. We only swam once. Facilities were clean and comfortable.
Pillows were so thick we used our own. No family room so we had to go in 2 rooms. Could hear the mosque on our first night. Made it difficult to sleep.
🚩Biggest red flag: We must walk through the smoking area to get to the restaurant which was so disgusting. Had to tell my kids to hold their breath when people were there. Smoking area should be outside away from the general walkways.

My first visit to this hotel. Arrival and departure process and other standard hotel functions meet expectations. Hotel staff are friendly and polite, very pleasant. Large and clean room equipped with wifi, Google Nest and Smart TV. Food is OK eventhough is not extra ordinary. Recommended place to stay in Mojokerto.
4 star hotel in Mojokerto that is really worth it, We stayed in a suite room type, the room is spacious, there is a dining table, sofa, balcony, bathtub, and TV both in the room and in the living area. Get welcome snacks, cookies, fruits. the room is very clean, complete amenities, there is an iron, there is a dispenser in the room and outside the room. So you don't have to worry about getting thirsty in the middle of the night anymore. The food is quite tasty, and varied. There are gym facilities, a swimming pool but not too big, a spa and others. The staff are friendly. the parking area is not too big in front of the hotel, but free valet parking is provided, so don't be confused. Overall, if you go to Mojokerto, Aston Hotel is the right choice.
The Aston is an excellent choice in the city. While it's not properly in the city, it's very close to the center and on the main way to go to other places. Nice and spacious rooms, very clean, very good service. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice, both asian and western.

Small swimming pool
Room is nice, and the bed is also clean. The staff is so friendly and fast response. Breakfast is perfect. We ordered dinner too, and it was quite good. Also I like the way they prepare mineral water in the corridor so guests can easily take water as much as they need.
First concern is motorcycle parking for guests is tight, no roof and looks like close to water septic or something. When it's raining, the helmet will wet if you don't bring it to the room. Kinda struggling to park and unpark especially cz we ride quite a big dimension bike.
The second one, I booked a room for 2 ppl, but they only prepared 1 dental kit. Idk cz they forgot to prepare the room or it was on purpose. Cz as far as I stayed in other Aston, they always prepare double for 2 guests.
The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The breakfast has lots of varieties, taste wise was OK. They clean the rooms everyday, nice bathroom as well.
The customer service was not good, they responded very late to every calls we made. Either google don't do the jobs of ringing them properly. I asked google to ring reception, more than 6 times and came back with nothing. It took about half an hour for me trying to get hold of the reception. No luck, so I went downstairs and talked to them, they said the phone didn't even ring.
The gym room was so small, you can't even fit 3 people in there, let alone doing exercises.
The Aston Hotel Mojokerto fully met our expectations. We had a special request which was fulfilled immediately. The hotel team is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very well equipped and clean. The hotel is highly recommended in any case.
Breakfast should be a little more filling.
