The only thing was it wasn't all inclusive

I was scammed paid for all inclusive and that covers amenities only and breakfast so I paid extra for breakfast that was already included. Room had roaches and the power went out a few times had to switch rooms. Hotel was being renovated while I was there as well. Food is expensive. Staff was polite overall

Most people were friendly but the hotel was not as advertised menu items never available and the hotel is run down and dirty

I like that everything was within walking distance, and the staff was exceptionally accommodating. Our room was great, and I will definitely return and stay at this hotel on my next visit!

Misleading all inclusive advertising. No other meals or drinks provided apart of complimentary breakfast. Reported to manager on day 1 and brushed of as complimentary use of facilities. That is not true either. I asked to give me access to the iron and ironing board and that could be granted on a condition of me paying the full price of ironing as per price list for each item regardless.
3 days in a raw I had to complain about housekeeping leaving only one bath towel, no bath mat, only one small bottle of water, and leaving tea / coffee tray empty all the time. After housekeeper brought just bath mat he advised me to call the reception to authorise the rest.
I reported that shower screen swings open every time you take shower to the maintenance department. All needed is to replace a seal at the bottom of the door. They told me that it is an easy fix and sent me plumber with plunger instead...???. I spoke to another employee next day. He put a peace of cupboard under the door which didn't hold the door immediately as get soaked with water.
Restaurant team members confirmed order for 2 chicken burgers. They phoned half an hour later to tell that they didn't have any. Replaced with beef burger which arrived without coleslaw, no salt, pepper, ketchup or mayo. We phoned down and got bowl of chopped white cabbage not coleslaw and no other items.
I requested part refund for all troubles but told that it could be possible if I booked directly but not via 3rd party.
AVOID BY ANY COST

I will like they have pillows more comfortables they are so so hard

An amazing stay so far. Pleasantly 1.surprised how clean and tidy the hotel is. Staff members have been polite, helpful and professional. Hotel manager is helpful and responsive to customer complaints.

Breakfast is too simple

Gute Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet, ordentliche, saubere Zimmer, alles hat fubktioniert, freundliches Personal, moderate Preise.

Excellent customer service

Property could use an upgrade. The reception looks good but rooms are old and outdated. Carpeting in corridors look 20years old. For a hotel if that size and for how much they charge one would expect more.
Good thing is that its conveniently located. You have everything youll need in the mall.
