Pros:

The location is great and the rooms are quiet and very clean. Fulfils all expectations. The complimentary are sufficient and staff is very friendly. There are near 24 hours mini marts, local restaurant just down stairs.

Cons:

No facilities like a gym, business center or a bar/restaurant. Not that I was expecting anything so was not disappointed.

Comfortable and clean. Front desk has been helpful too.

Clean and comfortable. Nearby Paradigm Mall and Mid Valley mall. Not far from CIQ

Overall really good. Quiet place n the room with 2 queen bed is spacious.
Pros:

The breakfast is not provided coz no restaurant in the hotel. The location is in town but it is hidden by building blocks. Easy to park and there are grocery shops at the groundfloor.

Cons:

NO RESTAURANT n NO BREAKFAST!

Pros:

Staff treatment was exceptionally good on both accounts when i stayed there. Especially Manisha. Would like to praise her exceptional hospitality and courtesy. Really great dealing with a hotel staff with patience and politeness on play always.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Will keep repeating.

Pros:

Everything's good but I love the bed the most as it's comfy and clean. The mirrors are clean too. I forgot to bring my toothbrush, so I'm glad they prepared it beforehand for the guests!

Cons:

The mineral water drink tastes suck. We had to buy a drink from a nearby convenience store.
