Oriole Residence

2 night stay before leaving Bangkok. Hotel clean and tidy. Breakfast provided . Pastries, egg bacon,sausages & traditional Thai breakfast items. Tea coffee and juices . Tuck away down a side road. Hotel provides airport transfers. We went into Bangkok for a day. Uber / Bolt cost approx 200 Bahts .

This is a really clean, budget friendly and close hotel for anyone wanting to be close to the airport for an early flight. The rooms are large, breakfast is included and staff are friendly.

Overall good experience, nice hotel, staff and service. Breakfast was good but very limited options for vegetarian guests.

Customer service has drastically declined since my last stay in March. No hot water, wifi worked off and on, breakfast wasn’t very good, only positive was the housekeepers

Free airport shuttle is very useful. I stayed one night again and was very happy with service.

My second stay here and honestly my last. I rated this place 5 stars in March as it deserved the 5 stars but I don’t know if they are under new management or what but the place has nosedived.
First of all I stayed to the reservation desk my flight left Philippines 11:50pm and arrive Bangkok 1:30 am. Scheduled the shuttle but when I went to the pick up point the sign girl acted like I was lying, very rude girl. She did offer to allow us to take the shuttle but that was after a lot of attitude. Upon arrival I was speaking to the one girl and some other girl at the desk decided to interject her option in a conversation she wasn’t part of. There was NO hot water the entire week, when mentioned it to the front desk the response was they are aware. Ok, is someone going to fix it? Apparently not. WiFi was hit or miss all week, mostly it was down. Again, aware of the situation but no repair, just ehhh whatever. Half the time when you come in the lobby the front desk didn’t even bother to greet you or look up from their cell phones, they can’t be bothered by guess I guess.
In March the breakfast was good but snow it had cold eggs, runny and sitting in a pool of water. Most of the food was cold and just lazily prepared. It’s clear the staff doesn’t care about guests and that’s fine because apparently you don’t care about money either. On a side note, the housekeeping girls were very super sweet and kind and always saying hello, goodbye, thank you they get 10 stars the others 0 stars

Staff was very nice and helpful

It was perfect for my travel schedule I needed to be close to the airport and be on a early morning flight they provided me with free transportation to and from the airport and they even packed me up a breakfast box because I was leaving before the breakfast time but they went above and beyond my expectations by doing that for me they offered that to me I have never experienced that before from a hotel in all of my travels. I just want to say thank you for the hospitality it was very kind and thoughtful I have told several people about the wonderful experience I had at the Oriole Residence

The hotel room is clean and cozy, the food at breakfast is reasonable. The proximity to the airport and shopping centers is convenient. I missed room service in the evening.

Easy check-in, large clean room, comfy bed, great shower, very good breakfast included, strong WiFi, airport shuttle, excellent value.
No YouTube or English speaking TV channels. No nearby 7-eleven, shops, or restaurants within walking distance.

一晩中室工事現場の様音がしていて
全然眠れませんでした。
送迎や朝食付きでその点は良いにですが。

Nice rooms, good service, and perhaps the best included hotel buffet breakfast I've had in Thailand for this type of hotel. It's not super close to the airport -- allow about 20 mins there and/or back, with occasional traffic. There's nothing much of interest in the neighborhood.

My wife and I stayed the night before a return flight back to the US. The facilities were great and shuttle to and from the airport punctual and fantastic. Breakfast was great and entire staff was outstanding. Would recommend anyone staying here before or after a flight from Bangkok. Parking was super easy as well. Thank you.

Great to stay close to the airport

Personnel ne parlant pas bien l'anglais et le chinois mandarin mais a fait des efforts pour satisfaire à nos exigences : merci pour cela.
Le petit déjeuner - buffet était bon : beaucoup de choix.
Les chambres sont grandes et propres : juste l'emplacement de l'hôtel qui n'était pas proche des transports et des restaurants : c'est dommage mais heureusement que le service navette gratuite pour l'aéroport était parfait : merci et à l'heure.
