Pros:

Everything was great and excellent overall. However, I have one comment regarding the housekeeping staff. They should knock on the door before entering or disturbing guests. I was woken up twice in the morning by staff knocking and asking if I needed cleaning. Guests should be allowed to rest without being disturbed, especially in the morning.
