(a) All amounts expressed to be payable under a Finance Document by any Party to the Hotel which (in whole or in part) constitute the consideration for any supply for VAT purposes are deemed to be exclusive of any VAT which is chargeable on that supply & if VAT is or becomes chargeable on any supply made by the Hotel to any Party under a Finance Document and such Hotel is required to account to the relevant tax authority for the VAT, that Party must pay to such Hotel (in addition to and at the same time as paying any other consideration for such supply) an amount equal to the amount of the VAT (and Hotel must promptly provide an appropriate VAT invoice to that Party).Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Отличный отель, в целом все понравилось, хороший уровень сервиса, персонал знает свою работу на всех уровнях, есть желание вернуться снова.

Cons:

Очень небольшая зона открытого бассейна при отеле, при размерах отеля, количестве гостей и отсутствии какой либо альтернативы. Были ежедневные проблемы с поиском свободных мест. И около бассейна нет зоны для некурящих.

مخيب للامل بسبب الاستقبال

للاسف انصدمت في الاستقبال حيث خيبة الامل فيهم
لم يحسنو الاستقبال وكنت ارغب في ترقية الغرفه ودفع مبلغ لكن يتم الرفض دون توضيح الامر بحجة انه فل على الرغم من التوفر لليوم الثاني وكذلك عند الخروج موظف الاستقبال يرفض طلبي في توفر عمال لوضع الحقيبة ويقول انت اخذهم
الغرفة نطيفة لكن الشبابيك مغلقة لايوجد تهوية الافطار دون المستوى وعادي جدا
لايرتقي في الفندق
الفندق كان يوجد عرس للجالية الهندية وسبب فوضى وازعاج لبقية النزلاء
