(a) All amounts expressed to be payable under a Finance Document by any Party to the Hotel which (in whole or in part) constitute the consideration for any supply for VAT purposes are deemed to be exclusive of any VAT which is chargeable on that supply & if VAT is or becomes chargeable on any supply made by the Hotel to any Party under a Finance Document and such Hotel is required to account to the relevant tax authority for the VAT, that Party must pay to such Hotel (in addition to and at the same time as paying any other consideration for such supply) an amount equal to the amount of the VAT (and Hotel must promptly provide an appropriate VAT invoice to that Party).Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

خدمة الغرف سيئ جدا جدا عدم الرد الموظفين ابدا وخدمه الغرف سيئ عند الطلب بعد اربع ساعات

اطلالة البحر
بصراحة اسوأ تجربة مرة علي على كثر تنقلاتي بدول العالم والفنادق مع العلم ان قطر دولة متقدمة في الفندقة والامور السياحية:
- الموظفة ( حكيمة ) غير احترافية في التعامل وصلنا الى الفندق في تمام الساعة 2:30 مساء ومما لفت نظري طوال مدة اقامتي في وقت الدخول ( بطيئ جداً ) والنزلاء كانوا مستائين من ذلك .
- الموظفة ( حكيمة ) سألتها عن غرفة الاقامة هل هي مطلة على البحر قالت لا قلت هل من الممكن ترقية الغرفة وتكون مطلة لمدة ال ( 3 ) ليالي قالت نعم ودفعت قيمة ذلك ولكن قالت اجلس في غرفة اقامتك الى ان يتم استبدال ذلك طبعا هذا الخختصر الذي اسرده لكم اخذ ما يقارب اكثر من نص ساعة ونحن واقفين على الريسبشن والطابور من خلفي ينتظر.
- ذهبت لغرفة اقامتي على امل ان ننتقل الى غرفة الترقية وانتظرت ما يقارب الساعة والنصف واتصل على الريسبشن لا احد يرد اريد فقط حقائبي لكي اخذ علاجي.
- نزلت لهم وكان استقبالهم ايضاً زحمه والكل لا يبدي لك بال عالاقل اقول لهم اعطوني حقائبي اريد علاجي فكانت الصدمة ( لقد اضعنا حقائبك ) هل تتذكر شكلها ؟؟؟
هنا لم اتمالك نفسي وتمنيت انني اترك هذا الفندق لعدم الاحترافية.
- اتاني موظف منهم اسمه لا اتذكره جيداً( اودونيس) وحاوب تلطيف ما يمكن تلطيفه وبعد عناء طويل ما يقارب النصف ساعة اخرى وجدوا حقائبي .
-استلمت الغرفة قبل المغرب ووصولي للفندق كان 2:30 مساء لم اكل حتى وجبة الغداء ولم ارتاح بنومه قصيره وتلخبط جدولي المرسوم لهذا اليوم( كانت هناك ايضاً عائلة خليجية تعاني وارتفع صوتهم)
- لا يوجد خدمات تذكر في الفندق.
- لا يوجد سبا ( على حسب قولهم متوقف ).
- الكافي في اللوبي حداً سيئ لا انصح باستخدامه.
- اسعار الطلبات لديهم غاليه .
- شطاف الحمام لا يدفع ماء .
- تعطلت اخدى المغاسل.
للاسف لن اعيد تلك التجربة في هذا المكان
The view is nice
We got a room that had a lot of problems, TV wasn’t working, coffee machine wasn’t functioning there was a lot of electrical issues. Staff kept coming in and out x5 in the middle of the night from 1am until 4am.
Water wasn’t flowing in the toilet.
